3)油泵吸油口须在上方,且吸油管应尽可能短,管端至最低液面应低于200mm,吸油管内应保证流速在0.8~1.0m/s之间。

4.4.泵的连接4.4.1.联轴器装配平键泵轴与联轴器的安装,必须采用热装法安装。

将与泵轴配合的联轴器端放入<160℃的热油容器中加热40分钟,待轻松放入泵轴后,用水快速冷却油泵轴头,以免过热致使主轴密封损坏,造成漏油。

冷却后再锁紧平键处紧定螺钉,放入缓冲胶。

严禁安装联轴器时敲击主轴造成轴承损坏。

4.4.2.钟罩及支座安装安装钟罩孔或安装支架孔与联轴器的同轴度应小于Φ0.1。

5.调节方法5.1.标准调节方法●小排量限制调节松开并紧密封螺母,向内旋入(右旋)小排量限位螺钉,可增大泵的最小排量;仅用于泵最小排量Vgmin的微调,调节范围为变量范围的5%以内,调节次数:≤3次。

初始状态调至Vgmin处。

●大排量限制调节松开并紧密封螺母,向内旋入(右旋)大排量限位螺钉,可减小泵的最大排量;仅用于泵最大排量Vgmax的微调,调节范围为变量范围的10%以内,调节次数:≤3次。

初始状态调至Vgmax处。

●变量起点压力调节松开并紧螺母,向内旋入(右旋)控制起点调节螺钉,可增大泵变量的起点压力,反之则减小。

对于LV控制,用于调节变量起点压力;对于DR控制,用于调节恒压压力设定值;对于EL控制,用于调节变量起点的电流设定值;对于HD控制,用于调节泵变量起点处的先导控制油的初始压力设定值。

5.2.其他调节方法详见我公司样本各控制说明。

6.运转维护6.1.运转✧运转前应检查:油位、油液清洁度、泵/马达的安装旋向、注油、排气等。

✧启动时低速暖机运行,使油液达最低工作温度以上。

排气,检查漏油,观察油位,及时补油。

✧缓慢升压,带负荷工作,调整溢流阀,注意检查泵/马达的温度、振动、噪音、渗油。

1. 液压油正常工况下,我们建议使用以矿物油为基础,添加了防腐剂、抗磨剂等(HL或HM)的液压油。

正常工作油温下(开式系统中油箱的温度,闭式系统中系统回路的温度)油液的粘度必须在15÷40cSt之间,特殊情况及短时间内允许的最低粘度值为10cSt,该值是油温达到最高90℃时(壳体泄油温度)。

冷启动及短时间内最大油液粘度不能超过800cSt。

油液的温度最高不能超过+90℃最低不能低于 -25℃。

2. 过滤精度有效的过滤对液压系统的正常工作能起到至关重要的作用。

品质优良的油液可以延长液压件的寿命,并增加系统的可靠性。

斜轴式比斜盘式有更好的耐脏性。

我们各个产品要求的清洁度可参见下图。

一、启动前
1、检查柱塞泵机油油位是否符合规定高度。

2、检查大水罐水位是否满足启动需求。

3、检查皮带松紧,检查电机风扇旋转方向。

4、检查进线电压是否平衡、是否满足电机电压需求。

5、盘动柱塞泵皮带轮观察方卡子是否撞击盘根压盘。

6、打开柱塞泵低压端排气阀门。

7、打开柱塞泵低压进液阀门和高压出液阀门,检查井组管线流程防
止管线憋压。

8、打开柱塞泵低压端放气阀门。

9、调整高压自控流量仪一定开度断开高压流量自控仪电源。

10、将启动旋钮调整至停止,戴绝缘手套,合对应柱塞泵电机空
开,合变频柜总空开。

二、启动操作
1、将旋钮调至远程启动。

2、调节PID值,将启动旋钮调至正转。

3、观察泵压和频率,防止泵压超过安全阀启动值。

4、逐渐增加PID值至需要的泵压。

5、检查柱塞泵电机三相电流是否平衡。

6、观察频率,计算对应理论排量,与井组注入量比对,判断有无柱
塞不打压。

7、合高压流量自控仪电源开关,交监控远程调节控制。

三、停机操作
1、观察井组单井有无出煤粉现象。

2、断高压流量自控仪电源。

3、将旋钮调至停止,待变频器频率变为零,断变频器总空开,断柱
塞泵电机空开,断电机风扇空开。

4、关柱塞泵高压端阀门。

5、出口管路压力一定要高于进口管路压力,如果低于进口压力,一定要加装背压阀,防止产生虹吸。

一、前言及新产品参数:
YB系列油压陶瓷柱塞输浆泵由液压驱动,其柱塞由耐腐蚀耐磨的氧化铝陶瓷作成。

泵体根据陶瓷行业、化工行业等不同的特点要求可做成铸铁、不锈钢等。

该泵分为高压泵、低压大流量泵和变量泵。

高压泵使用于远距离或高空输送浆料;低压大流量泵适合于稳定地大量地输送浆体;变量泵则适合与各种压滤机、过滤装置配套使用,此种泵会随着过滤密度的增加自动使压力提高,流量减少。

YB系列柱塞泵主要应用于陶瓷泥浆输送,水煤浆输送,高岭土及非金属矿悬浮液的输送。

也可用于食品悬浮液,化工浆料,电子浆料和磁性材料等的输送。

其可输送固体含量大于70%浓悬浮液的特点使它与喷雾干燥塔、压滤机及其它干燥设备配套使用时具有很高的工作和节能效率。

YB系列油压陶瓷柱塞输浆泵主要特点:
1、液压驱动,双缸双作用,流量大,扬程高;
2、运行平稳,长时间连续工作,可靠性强;
3、噪音小,压力可适应很大的调压范围,压力波动小;
4、可使用于高耐磨,耐酸腐蚀领域。

一、特点和用途
YB系列油压陶瓷柱塞泥浆泵为液压驱动双缸双作用陶瓷柱塞泥浆泵。

该泵具有运行平稳、工作可靠、噪音小、压力高、压力波动小、体积小、重量轻、安装维修操作简便、使用寿命长等特点。

主要用于为各种类型喷雾干燥塔供浆,亦可用来长距离输送泥浆、清(污)水、煤浆(或其它悬浮液)。

YB系列油压陶瓷柱塞泥浆泵现有YB120、YB140、YB160、YB200、四大系列近二十几种规格,流量可以从0.3M³/h到25M³/h。

常用泵最高压力可达2.5MPa,额定压力2.0MPa;高压泵最高压力可达3.0 MPa,额定压力2.5 MPa;低压泵压力1.5 MPa,其流量比同类泵额定流量高10-20%。

YB200型泵配用压滤机,一台可取代3-4台老式隔膜泵,既减少占地面积,又为用户减少维修费用及用电量,是用户技改的首选产品。

四、安装、使用及维修
1、安装
将泵放在基础上,校正水平,用地脚螺钉固定即可(也可不用地脚螺钉),为方便更换液压油和冲洗泥浆管路,泵的基础应高出地面10公分,基础周围应有排水沟。

2、泵的使用
(一)启动前的准备工作
①检查各部件的紧固情况。

②检查油箱油位,油位高度以油箱上油窗刻线为准,夏天用N46号,冬天用N32号液压油。

高压泵及140以上泵应用同型号的抗磨液压油。

③检查压力表量程,液压站压力表0--16 MPa,空气罐上压力表量程应为0--6 MPa,不可装反。

(二)启动
①开冷却水。

②合闸,打开开关,点动启动按钮,检查电机的转向,应为顺时针,切不可反转。

检查无误后,再使电机和油泵启动。

(三)操作调节
①调节溢流阀可以调节油压,即可调节泥浆压力,调节好的溢流阀应背上锁紧螺母,每次开停机不用动溢流阀。

说明:对定量泵应该低负荷启动,如果两台泵交替使用,可以先停后启动,不用调节溢流阀。

②调节滑架上两个撞轮的位置,可调节柱塞冲程。

③当柱塞20和密封环19出现磨损漏浆时,适当调紧压环18,紧到不漏浆为宜,当压环压至与填料箱接触仍漏浆时,可在密封环上端加垫片。

为保证密封环与柱塞同心,压环上端面力求与填料箱10上端面平行,不平度不得大于0.5mm。

④变量泵与压滤机配用时的调节:调节方法同操作调节①。

出厂时该泵的送浆压力调定2.0 MPa,如所需送浆压力低于2.0 MPa,反时针调节溢流阀,使柱塞运行最慢时送浆压力达到所需值。

(四)停机
①按停止按钮,泵即停。

②停冷却水。

③用水冲阀箱。

3、泵的使用和易损件的更换
(一)为保证泵的正常运行,应注意下列事项:
①选用洁净优质的液压油,一般一月过滤一次,三月更换一次,变质后及时更换。

②泵不能在不通冷却水的情况下启动和工作,以防瓷质柱塞急冷急热而炸裂以及橡胶密封环的受热破坏,此水还起到冲洗柱塞的作用,以延长柱塞和密封环的寿命、
③密封环不应压得过紧,以不漏浆为合适。

④寒冷季节长期停泵时,应将泵中的泥浆抽尽,以防泵冻裂。

⑤油压系统和泥浆管路中密封件损坏后应及时更换。

⑥应使柱塞冲程尽量长,以活塞不撞击油缸端盖,换向敏捷为宜。

⑦当从空气罐47的压力表上看到泥浆压力波动值大于0.2 MPa时,必须停泵,打开下面的阀门,放掉泥浆,补进空气,必要时卸下空气罐上的压力表,从上端口冲洗阀箱。

⑧定期(一周左右)检查和冲洗阀箱。

⑨皮囊式蓄能器使用半年后应充氮气或氩气,充气压力为3.0MPa为宜。

(二)易损件的更换
①密封环
卸去压环螺钉,操纵溢流阀,使系统油压逐渐升高,推动活塞,利用泥浆压力把密封环顶松,将活塞提起后停泵,卸去活塞杆与柱塞的连接螺钉,将密封环卸下,细心地将柱塞放入泵体33内,用极薄的铜片围在柱塞端,把密封环装上,逐一紧固上述螺钉。

②柱塞
方法同上,待柱塞提到较高位置时停泵,卸下活塞杆与柱塞的联接螺钉。

然后将柱塞和填料箱一起拨出换上新的柱塞后,逐一紧固上述螺钉。

③油泵
卸下油箱盖螺钉,吊起油箱盖(连同电机),此动作必须小心以防撞坏油器和油管,卸掉油泵上的吸、排油管,再卸下固定油泵的螺钉,即可卸下油泵。

注意:①冲洗阀箱和更换其中的各零件时,不要将紧定杆22顶得太紧,不漏浆即可。

②拆卸右油缸更换活塞上的撞销时,应注意撞销必须躲开油缸下端盖的缺口(油路联通口),否则,不能补油而使活塞不能换向。

③油箱部分要经常保持清洁,不能用水冲洗箱盖及集成块。

④液压油要保持绝对清洁,一定要定期检查油的质量。

⑤在调整好泵的压力以后,一般不要去调整溢流阀,否则将原来系统调乱,易出现故障。

⑥出现不正常声音,应立即关机,检查故障源,修复之。
