什么是自然拼读法(Phonics)我的孩子们以前是在美国上的学,孩子们在一年级之前已经掌握自然拼读法了。

美国小孩都学自然拼读法,中国也在往那个方向走,几年之后,应该都是自然拼读法了。

了解了自然拼读法的发音规则后,看到一个新单词就能对它的读音猜个八九不离十,而且有利于记住拼写。

自然拼读法从简到难的学习顺序为:1、二十六个字母的读音(Letter Sounds)。

其中五个元音字母(a、e、i、o、u)发两种音,其中一个音是其字母本身的读音。

“y”有时会被作为元音处理。

单音节词“y”在末尾,“y”发“i”的音(one syllable,y at the end (pronounced as“i”)):my、why、fly、sky。

多音节词“y”在末尾,“y”发“e”的音(two syllables,y at the end(pronounced as“e”)):daddy、mommy、baby。

2、单元音单词拼读(Consonant-Vowel-Consonant Combinations)。

如:Sam、cat、mat等等。

Beginning Consonants、Ending Consonants、One V owel Word,Short V owel Sounds。

3、双元音单词拼读(Two Vowel Words)。

一个单词里有两个元音时,前边一个元音发字母音,后边一个元音不发音。

如:make、mail、may、hay、say、see、sea、five、tie、road、toe、cute等等。

4、双/三辅音在一起时的联读(Consonant Blends)。

Beginning consonant blends(bl、br、cl、cr、dr、fl、fr、gl、fr、pl、pr、sc、sk、sl、sm、sn、sp、st、sw、tr、tw、scr、spl、str)。

Ending consonant blends (ft、lf、lm、lp、lt、mp、nd、nk、nt、pt、sk、st)。

自然拼读介绍
英语是拼音文字,所有的词汇都是有26个字母组 成的,而在成千上万的不同拼法中,基本发音音 素却只有48个,这说明26个字母与基本音素间 是有着一定关联的。但是,英语是属于比较深奥 的拼音文字,也就是说26个字母与基本音素之 间没有一对一的对应关系,而是一对多和多对一 的复杂关系,这对学习英语词汇的发音和拼写无 疑增加了难度。尽管如此,人们还是总结出了很 多发音规律,这些规律对于绝大多数英文词汇都 是适用的,这就是自然拼读法。

什么是Phonics?Phonics,即字母拼读法(又译自然拼音)是自然形成的一种发音规则,它主要教授英文字母(letter)与语音(sound)间的对应关系,是美国、加拿大本土孩子的必修课程。

在初级英语中70%的单词在拼读时都是有规律可循的。

一旦掌握了这种发音规则就不必去翻查字典而能够顺利地将单词读出。

一旦孩子们学习了这种不用音标的发音规律可以很快学会拼读不认识的单词,提前进入阅读领域,使英语学习变得简单、快乐、有趣。

在现存各种“活着”的文字中,几乎都具有某种特殊的“内在”机制,来呈现其文字符号和语音之间的关系,以方便使用者使用;以中文为例,在中文“六书”中,占一般文字极高比例的“形”与“声”两个部分,前者大略指示“意义”,后者指示“语音”;中文字这种“文字符号”和“语音”之间的准确性如何,有待考证,但国人常有“有边读边,没边读中间”是不争的事实;另一个明显的例子是日文,日文是标准的拼音文字,只要熟悉片假名的五十音,即便初学者也可以由文字符号掌握其语言。

英文当然也具有特殊的“内在”机制。

虽然其文字符号和语音之间的关系,不是百分之百完全对应,但稳定性也相当高。

大部分英文字(尤其是适合初学者的英语读物中的词汇),都可以直接根据字母(letter)所代表的音来发音,如cat,pet,sand,name 等。

我们所通称的Phonics,指的就是教授存在英文字中,字母(letter)和语言(sound)的对应关系,这也是“字母拼读法”名称的由来。

2#英美儿童为什么要学Phonics?Phonics教学在美国,至少已经有百年以上的历史了,其间虽历经数度教学理论更迭,但是Phonics的阅读教学,从未在许多美国家庭或小学教室消失过。

事实上,适当的Phonics教学,一直被认为是最有效、最直接教授母语阅读的方法。

主要原因是,母语儿童有口语做基础,当他们一旦发现letter和sound间的基本对应后,只要能把字的音念出来,就很容易联想到该字的意思,能直接认字或拼字。
