放映画面异常情况-常见解决方法（巴可）放映画面异常情况-常见解决方法（巴可）影院在日常放映中，放映画面难免出现异常情况。
如何通过观察、判断，找出最终原因，是影院技术人员不易掌握的内容。
为提高影院技术人员在这方面的排查能力，本文以巴可数字放映为例，对一些常见案例及相应解决方法进行举例说明，望影院遇到相同情况时，能有所参考。
通过大量检修案例发现，导致放映画面出现异常情况，主要是由于机房环境不达标、技术人员维护不及时或操作不当引起：一、机房环境不达标或人员维护不及时如果影院机房湿度大，容易引起板卡腐蚀；机房温度高，容易引起板卡散热不良；机房可吸入颗粒过多或人员维护不及时，板卡表面容易附着较多灰尘，即影响板卡散热，又容易引起插接件接触不良。
以上这些方面均会影响板卡正常工作性能，难免会出现放映画面异常情况。
放映画面颜色主要由ICP板卡或ICMP服务器、信号底板、光引擎三大件影响。
在检修案例数据统计中，ICP板卡和ICMP服务器接触不良占据多数。
ICP板卡主要作用为存储银幕文件，MCGD,3D和PCF文件；存储测试图；处理电子缩放和字幕，处理、选择输入源；处理TI日志文件。
ICMP服务器因由ICP板卡和具有服务器功能的部件组成，所以也具有ICP功能。
图1（为某影院ICP板卡积灰实拍）若由ICP板卡金手指氧化引起画面异常情况，可使用皮老虎和吸尘器清除表面灰尘；使用橡皮擦擦拭板卡金手指；使用吸尘器和柔软毛刷清洁信号底板插槽，一般可以解决。
ICMP服务器操作方法相同。
但影院机房环境应得到重视，并进行合理改善，放映人员应定期对设备进行A类、B类维护。
以下是某影院良好的机房环境现场采集照片。

注意往里按下防尘滤网的两个插销，将防尘滤网从盖板上拆下。检查其“进风”侧是否有灰尘和 /或者油脂。如果防尘滤网被油脂污染了，则可用水洗防尘滤网，并将其彻底干燥。如果防尘滤网内只 有灰尘，没有油脂，则对防尘滤网进行真空吸尘。移除2块黑色泡沫垫，并弹去上面的灰尘。 将一个清洁的防尘滤网安装到盖板上。并确保两个插销和防尘滤网的两个固定唇是啮合好的。将 防尘滤网安装回放映机的前侧。确保它们的两个固定唇与放映机前盖板啮合良好。 水洗和干燥一个防尘滤网 清洗防尘滤网 用30 克（一把）碳酸钠对1升热水的比例制备清洗液。 将防尘滤网浸泡在溶液中30到60分钟。油脂应该在1小时后溶解掉。 如果防尘滤网仍然是被堵塞的，则重复该程序。 用清洁水冲洗防尘滤网，将残留的油脂都冲掉。 重复不断晃动过滤网，在离心力的作用下将所有过量的液体都甩掉。 然后彻底干燥防尘滤网。根据干燥条件的差异，通常可以在24小时左右完成自然凉干。 不管在什么情况下，都不能将潮湿的防尘滤网安装到放映机上。这可能导致严重的安全后果， 并危及机器系统内部的光学元件。

首先看下触屏—诊断-当前状态
如果出现以下情况，说明ICP 温度过高，可以点击温度，进到里面看看ICP的温度，通常超过85度便会报警。
解决方案：
1.立即检查过滤网的清洁状态

2.在关机断电的状态下拔出板卡检查板卡上面灰尘，以及检查板卡箱两边的风口灰尘。

其实无非就是放映机内的热空气出不去，而冷空气无法进来，自然导致机器内温度升高。

5800 温度高说明文档
各位尊敬的巴可用户，当您看到放映机尾灯红色，报错5800。
首先看下触屏—诊断-当前状态
如果出现以下情况，说明ICP 温度过高，可以点击温度，进到里面看看ICP的温度，通常超过85度便会报警。
解决方案：
1.立即检查过滤网的清洁状态

2.在关机断电的状态下拔出板卡检查板卡上面灰尘，以及检查板卡箱两边的风口
灰尘。
3.检查灯箱的出风口，（这里最容易被忽视，也很重要）

总结：
通过以上的清洁，基本消除报错。
其实无非就是放映机内的热空气出不去，而冷空气无法进来，自然导致机器内温度升高。
除了以上，平时也要求放映人员主要清洁过滤网，确认放映机房的温度，让放映机“轻轻松松”的工作，它才不会出问题。
