SB2674超高压耐压测试仪使用说明一、概述SB2674型耐压测试仪是通用性的交直流高压耐压测试仪，输出电压可达0～20(kV)/AC、DC，广泛用于电工器材、胶木电器、各类家用电器以及仪器仪表等产品的耐压测试，并为国家安全标准的实施提供了测试手段，因而更显示出其重要性，亦就成为科研机关，计量测试部门和电子行业检测电子、电器等方面必不可少的仪器设备。

该仪器外型美观，操作方便，输出电压由数字面板表显示，清晰、直观、准确，整机技术先进、布局合理，具有准确度高、可靠性好，维修方便等特点。

二、主要技术指标及参数1．测量电压范围: 0～20(kV)2．测量电压精度：AC/DC 1～20(kV)±5%。

3．输出功率：200VA（20kV、10mA，持续30min）。

4．输出波形：50Hz正弦波形及直流电压。

5．漏电流范围：0～10(mA)6．漏电流设置值： AC/DC 0.2～2(mA)/2～10(mA)两档，可任意调节。

7．漏电流设置精度：0.2～10(mA)±5%。

8．时间控制：定时器定时时间 1～99（s）±5% 手控∞可任意调节。

9．电源电压：AC 220V±10%； 50Hz±2Hz。

10．环境要求：相对湿度：≤75%RH；环境温度：0℃～40℃。

周围无强烈电磁场干扰源，无大量灰尘和腐蚀气体，通风良好。

11．功率消耗：静态功耗＜30VA。

12．体积：430×440×250。

13．重量：25㎏。

三、工作原理1．工作原理方框图图(1):SB2674型耐压仪测试工作原理方框图（1）继电器：该电器的作用是控制输出高压的接通或切断，继电器的释放与吸合由控制器控制。

（2）电压调节器：主要由调压器构成，电压的改变是由该调压器的调节而实现的。

（3）高压变压器：按照大约1∶100比率升高调压器的输出电压，得到0～20kV的输出高压，输出功率为200VA（20kV、10mA），交流电压直接输出，直流电压在变压器次级0.707处抽头经半波整流滤波后输出。

我们根据煤矿井下高压供电线路的实际情况，采用全系统智能零时限防越保护方式，以辐射型高速通讯网络实现上下级继电保护装置的配合，为井下的高压供电系统的每台高爆开关提供可靠、全时、动态、高速的防越信息通道，每一台开关不再独立运行，而是以相同的节拍成为防越保护系统一部分，基于全站的防越保护系统提高了高压供电线路的可靠性和故障动作时间的实时性。

2.5聽到警報聲後關閉電源開關,把实验品拿出，關好烤箱門.

SGB-A系列数字高压表使用说明书1、概述SGB-A系列数字高压表是一种通用型高压测量仪表，可用于电力系统、电器、电子设备制造部门测量工频交流高电压和直流高电压。

SGB-A系列数字高压表是由高压测量部分和低压显示仪表构成。

工作时高压部分和低压仪表分开，工作安全可靠。

SGB-A系列数字高压表系便携式结构，整机用铝合金包装箱作机壳，使用、携带十分方便。

2、主要技术参数2.1允许使用环境条件2.1.1 温度：20℃±15℃2.1.2 相对湿度：≤80%2.2 产品外形尺寸及重量3 使用说明SGB-A系列数字高压表为通用型数字高压表，由高压分压器和低压显示表构成,用专用电缆连接为一套完整的高压测量装置。

3.1 接线SGB-A型系列数字高压表由高压分压器上端均压罩为高压端，可直接输入被测高压，下端有专用接地端，供接地使用。

用专用电缆连接高压分压器和低压显示表，并选择相应的电压和量限即可开始测量。

3.2 工频高电压测量按3.1连接测量线路后，将低压显示表功能开关切换至AC 档，选择High档，直接测量工频高压，读数即为kV数。

如测量电压低于20kV时，可将功能开关切换至Low档，以获得更高精度的读数。

3.3 直流高电压测量按3.1连接测量线路后，将低压显示表功能开关切换至DC 档，选择High档，可直接测量直流高压，读数即为kV数。

如测量电压低于20kV时，可将功能开关切换至Low档，以获得更高精度的读数。

3.4 接地高压分压器下端装有专用金属接地端，每次使用前都必须将接地端可靠接地。

注意：使用前必须检查接地。

3.5 SGB-A型系列数字高压表的允许误差SGB-A型系列数字高压表按国家有关规程采用引用误差，其最大允许误差为3.6 低压仪表输入阻抗对高压分压器的影响：SGB-A型系列数字高压表配用低压测量仪表的输入阻抗为10M ，当使用其它仪表时，应考虑其输入阻抗的影响。

3.7 加高压时,高压分压器及高压引线附近不得有杂物。

确认不良品后须开立IQC《进料检验报告》异常单。

4.0其他注意事项：4.1确保仪器使用的电源电压正确，长期不使用时需将仪器电源插头拔下；4.2操作人员不可穿着带有金属装饰的衣服，或佩戴金属的饰物如手表等；4.3高压测试操作过程中不可触碰高压金属端或操作人员需戴上胶手套以防止触电；4.4特别注意：清洁机器表面时需将仪器电源插头拔下，清洁物润湿程度偏向润而不湿，以拧不出水为宜；4.5每天对仪器进行保养并填写“机器设备保养记录表”。
