通过对不同品种陶瓷地砖防滑性能进行测试,对这两种方法的结果进行对比,探讨这两种方法在测试陶瓷地砖防滑性能的特点,并通过粗糙度测试探讨了表面粗糙度对测试结果以及防滑性能的影响。
关键词:陶瓷地砖;表面粗糙度;倾斜平台法;摆锤法;防滑性能1 前言随着经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,建筑地面装饰材料越来越受到追捧。
目前普遍使用的三大地面装饰性材料是实木地板、石材以及陶瓷地砖。
在三大地面材料中,无论是从经济、实用性以及装饰性等方面来看,陶瓷地砖无疑是三者中性价比最高的,于是我们在各大公共场所以及家居装修中看到地面材料大多以陶瓷地砖为主。
目前,在国际上防滑性能主要测试方法有静摩擦系数法、动摩擦系数法、倾斜平台法和摆锤法。
在这些测试方法的基础上各国制订了一系列的测试标准、评价标准,以帮助消费者选择适当的产品,降低使用风险。
由于陶瓷地砖的防滑性能主要与接触面的表面粗糙度有关。
因此,本文应用倾斜平台法和摆锤法对不同表面粗糙度的陶瓷地砖进行测试,分析陶瓷地砖表面粗糙度对测试结果以及防滑性能的影响。
2 陶瓷地砖防滑性能测试方法2.1 倾斜平台法(DIN 51130-2010)本试验采用DIN51130-2010倾斜平台法[1]。
DIN51130-2010的测试条件为测试者穿着特制鞋在涂有润滑油的实验板上行走,测试滑到的临界倾斜角度,为获得准确的数据,测试者在测试样品前必须进行三块标准板校正,所得临界角必须在标准范围内。
测试人员在以每秒倾斜不小于1°的恒角速度旋转的平台上行走,直至测试者显示出不安全迹象时,测出旋转平台与水平面之间倾角,以确定被测陶瓷砖的动态临界摩擦角。
此方法模拟实际使用情景,对斜坡路面的陶瓷砖摩擦系数测试有实际意义[2]。
依据德国BGR 181-2004 The standard for slip prevention on parquet and hardwood floors in working areas[3],对测试结果进行评价(如表1所示)。
