第三节应用文(2)——建议信一、写作要点1．建议信的内容：作者就有关问题进行分析，并针对这些问题提出自己的看法和建议。
2．建议信的对象：(1)写给个人，就其遇到的某个问题提出自己的看法和观点；(2)写给某个组织和机构，就改进其服务提出建议或忠告。
注意：建议信要写得简明扼要、目的明确、理由充足，具有合理性和说服力。
语气和用词要恰当，如果收信人是长者，则宜采用严谨、谦虚、正式的语言；如果对方是亲密的朋友，语言就可以亲切自然一些。
二、文章结构1．开门见山，点明写信的目的是提建议。
2．讲清楚提建议的理由及应采取的具体措施，层次分明。
3．呼应开头，指出所提建议的意义，并发出号召或提出希望，礼貌结束全文。

记叙文是最常见、最基本的写作文体，它以真实的社会生活、 自然景物为材料，以记人、叙事、状物、写景为主要内容，以叙 述、描写或对话为主要表达方式，通过形象表达思想的一种文体。 一、写记叙文必须注意以下几点： 1．主题要鲜明。首先要认真审题，对题目所给信息，不论是 短文还是表格，不论是文字还是图画，都务必仔细分析、反复推 敲，确定选择典型事例、反映主题。

第九节图表类
图表分类：(1)数字表、函数关系图、曲线图(graph)；(2)饼状图(pie chart)；条状图、柱状图(bar chart)；(3)平面图、示意图、外形图(diagram)。
图表类作文是说明文的一种，一般可分三个层次来写：(1)按照题目要求描述图表反映的总情况，即概括大意；， (2)对数字进行仔细的比较，抓住特点进行分析、归纳并找出产生变化的原因；(3)可写读图表后的想法、结论、评论或针对反映出的问题的解决措施。
注意：(1)考生应仔细研究题目及提示信息，认清图表中的数字、线条、阴影等部分的变化趋势和走向，抓住其主要特点，然后根据图表所显示的中心信息确定内容层次以及主题句。
(2)考生应仔细研究图表所给出的大量信息，从中选取最重要、最有代表性的信息。
然后根据全文的主旨去组织运用所获取的关键信息。
切忌简单地罗列图表所给出的信息。
