培训师职业能力要求

培训师职业能力要求1 范围本标准规定了培训师的等级划分与依据、能力模型和要素、以及能力要求。
本标准适用于企业内部及第三方培训机构(不包含体育、文化艺术和语言培训)从事成人培训活动的人员,不包含学校等教学机构从事培训活动的人员。
2 规范性引用文件下列文件对于本文件的应用是必不可少的。
凡是注日期的引用文件,仅注日期的版本适用于本文件。
凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用于本文件。
SB/T 11223-2018 管理培训服务规范3 术语和定义3.1培训师 trainer掌握并运用现代培训理念和方法,开发培训项目,制订、实施培训工作方案,并从事培训教学和服务活动的人员。
注:培训师也可被称为引导师(facilitator)、教练(coach)、讲师(instructor)、辅导员/导师(Mentor)。
3.2促动技术 facilitation skill为群体互动过程提供架构性、步骤化的方法,帮助群体在有限的时间和财力内,达成清晰的共识决定,形成切实可行的实施计划。
4 等级划分与要求4.1 等级划分培训师从低到高依次划分为三个等级:培训师、中级培训师、高级培训师。
4.2 要求各等级培训师要求见表1。

具备课件制作、课堂掌控、语言表达能力,掌握一定培训方法和授课技巧。
中级培训师 能够完成培训项目设计、课程开发、课程讲授以及效果转化等系统性培训工作。
具备与之相适应的逻辑思维能力、课程设计研发、课堂展示、培训管理及评估能力。
高级培训师能够完成从“培训”到“教育”的升级。
掌握相关学习理论,具备影响力以及教练辅导能力,成为学员职业导师。
5 能力模型和要素 5.1 能力模型本标准按知识、技能和经验三个维度提出了培训师能力模型。
见图1图1 培训师能力模型5.2 能力要素培训师能力要素见表2。
