但是大家要记住首先要摆正好心态，不能因为一件事很难就不去做或者马马虎虎地了事，要做就要努力做到最好，翻译也是一样。
其次，这本书的每个章节前会有一篇关于那章的中文概述，可以供大家大概地了解一下要翻译的作品的基本内容。
然后的话，就是针对翻译过程中可能遇到的困难大家该如何处理的问题。
这个解决方法有很多种，但是老师建议大家可以把自己要翻译的部分拿出来和其他人一起探讨，交流，通过这种讨论的方式，我相信大家从中会学到很多东西。
另外，遇上不懂的也可以到老师这里来，老师几乎每天都在办公室里，随时欢迎大家的到来。
”老师的这段话可以说给我们每个人都打上了一针镇定剂埃回到寝室后，我迫不及待地浏览了一下我的翻译材料，看到密密麻麻的英文单词，还是有种望而生畏的感觉。
在接下来的时间里，我首先是把要翻译的十五页从头到尾一共看了三遍，这才勉强了解了英文原著的大概内容，但总有些似懂非懂模模糊糊的概念萦绕在脑海里。
而后，我就从头开始投入了我的翻译工作中。
先是把不认识的单词全都挑出来，查清楚他们的含义，然后再根据上下文推断出生词的准确含义，就这样先查单词再推断其在文中准确的含义最后翻译句子，绕来绕去，仅仅翻译第一段就花费了我一个上午的时间，要知道第一段可是只有七八个句子而已。

在此次实习工作中，教学之余，我也积极与老师、同学进行沟通，知道其学习情况，现对我所知道到的问题做出总结。
首先，就学生们如何看待初中英语学习的目的来说，大部分的学生学习目的是明确的，他们认为学习英语不单是社会需求，而且是个人自我增值的基础。
许多同学学习英语是因为出于自己喜好，有少部分的学生的学习目的只为了升学，只有少部分的初中生没有考虑。
其次，就初中生英语学习态度来说，有一半以上那个的学生对英语学习的热情较高，一些学生对学习的热情中等，少部分的学生则害怕学习，这与他们学习基础差，学习有畏难情绪，以及厌学的思想有关。
值得我们关注的是对英语学习兴趣较高的学生的比例在近几年有所降低，越来越多学生不知道学英语学了有什么用，在生活中完全用不上。

从实习的第三周开端，我体验了几节正轨的英语教学课。
实习的英语课堂与我们平日的模仿课堂是完全不一样的。
实习前在课堂上试讲时，面对的都是自己的同班同学，每位同学都非常的优秀。
但是，在实习的课堂中，学生的程度良莠不齐，掌握学问的程度不一样，承受新学问的速度也不一样。
而教师要面对全体学生展开教学不能仅仅局限于几个人。
比方说当教师提出问题学生答不上时，教师该怎样办呢?站在讲台上吹胡子瞪眼睛是处理不了问题的。
但这又是我们在上课经常碰到的问题。
（一）对听课、评课、议课、试讲及正式讲课等教学情况的分析自从开始实习，我先后听课大约有100多节，并且作了听课记录。
听课后，与指导老师、实习老师交流。
听完公开课后，也与实习老师们一起评课议课，获益匪浅。
在自己正式讲课前，认真备课、修改教案；曾多次试讲.自第一次走上讲台正式讲课后，就不断听取指导老师，实习老师们及学生们的意见，在不断总改进中探索有自己特色的讲课技巧与风格。

在讲授第一堂课的时候，我碰了钉子。

我在讲台上很卖力的说着事先准备好的教学内容，慢慢地发现学生从最初的满眼的期待渐渐失去了学习的兴趣，最后能认真听课的人越来越少。
课后，我认真听了同学们的反应，作了认真的思考才知道，学生们的基础没有我想象中的好，而我讲的口语大部分同学都听不懂，学生最开始听课，是冲着新老师那股新鲜感来的，由于对英语的掌握不够，听不懂了之后就干脆不听了。
可见，我上课之前没有了解学生的真实情况，让我的教学工作走了歪路。
由此，我得出的结论是，了解和分析学生的实习情况，事实求是，具体问题具体分析，做到因材施教，对授课的效果有直接的影响。
在教育学中，“备教法的同时要备学生”，这一理论在我的教学实践中得到了验证。
听课环节也是实习过程中的一个重要环节。

来这里就读的学生都是经过考试选拔上来的，而且他们的家庭经济实力雄厚，大多有良好的知识背景，所以，学校的学生素质总体上较好。
同时该学校的英语教学采用分层教学的模式，即教师根据学生现有的知识、能力水平和潜力倾向把学生科学地分成几组各自水平相近的群体并区别对待，这些群体在教师恰当的分层策略和相互作用中得到最好的发展和提高。
因此不同班级的学生的英语水平会存在有较大的差异。
此外，该学校还有一个特色，就是它设立了英语国际班，英语国际班的学生为父母移居国外的华侨，因此这些学生大都在国外长大，生活学习观念上与中生有些差异，加上本身来自不同的国家，他们彼此之间也有很大的差异，就此老师的教学方法也有不同。
在此周内，我见习了不同班级的英语教学，发现不管是学生学习兴趣，学习积极性，还是教师的教学策略放面都有比较大的区别。
同时我也见习了外教的口语课教学，发现中外老师课堂侧重点有很大的不同。
一、外教的课在这周内，我一共听了20节课，其中10节外教的口语课，10节是我国英语老师的课。
年纪覆盖初一，初二还有小学一年级，学生包括普通中学生还有国际班学生。
在听过这许多课之后，我逐渐形成了一些教育教学理念。

每当站在讲台上，被一双双纯净的眼睛聚精会神地望着时，作为一名教师的价值感和成就感就油然而生了。
这此实习的时间里，我并没有做到一名好老师，也不可能让所有的学生都喜欢我，但只要有一名学生记住我，那么我的第一次实习就不遗憾了。
记得那是第四天，一个学生递来一张字条：老师，我喜欢你的微笑，当你微笑着走近我时，使我感到了从来没有过的亲切，我很喜欢你。
这是我在实习里收到的最好的，最值得珍藏的礼物。
想，其实走近学生的第一步只须微笑就够。
初为人师，总是有些紧张。
我带着羞涩与忐忑抱着课本和教案走上讲台时，尽管我做了很多预备，但当我真正面对那么多双眼睛时，我还是紧张了。
一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。
例如我在教 Unit3 的时候，这课的主题是“如何询问和回答时间” ，教学难度比较大。
如果照本宣科地讲授，学生会感到困难和沉闷。
为了上好这堂课，我认真研究了课文，找出了重点，难点，准备有针对性地讲。
为了令课堂生动，活跃，不沉闷，我还为此准备了大量的教具，授课时就胸有成竹了。
当讲到“half”的时候，我拿出准备好的圆卡纸，把它剪成一半，告诉学生这是圆的一半，也就是half。
讲到“quarter”时，又把半圆剪成一半，那么剩下来的就是圆的四分之一，也就是“quarter”了。
这样学生就形象地明白了这两个单词。
而讲到如何表达时间时，我用了一个用红卡纸做的大钟，同学们一开始就被它吸引住了，显得颇有积极性。
用实物让学生练习“what’s the time It’s…”的句型，学生特别用功，教学效果十分理想。

2018英语教育专业大学生实习报告范文
紧张、美好的实习生活结束了，在这短短的一个月里，我和同学们以及带课老师建立了深厚的感情。
临走之前，确实有些依依不舍，但是我知道，人生中这样的分离还会有很多次。
以下仅对我实习期间做个简单的实习总结。
来到学校的第一天确实很兴奋，必定这是我们第一次实习，必定这是我们第一次以老师的身份走在校园里。
第一天并没有什么实质性的工作，只是分别听了一下主任的讲话，与指导老师互相认识一下，并看了看学校的环境，算是对学校的初步了解吧。
我们的教育实习主要分为两部分，一部分是班主任工作，另一部分是教学工作，说白了就是既要带班又要教课。
无论是带班还是教课，作为实习老师，都会有一个该校的正式老师带我们。
前段时间实习的主要任务就是听课，看其他老师是怎样讲课的。
这种听课和我们上学时听课是不一样的，因为这种听课的重点是观察老师怎样讲课，学习如何传授知识，如何驾驭课堂，如何控制授课时间，而并不是学习老师所讲的知识。
熟悉老师的教学流程后，我开始着手备课，写完教案给指导老师查看，
我第一次上讲台时，自我感觉并不紧张，只是课讲得有点快，各个环节之间的过渡性词语不够明确和流畅，课堂驾驭能力不够强，但总体感觉还可以。
后来在指导老师的细心指导和建议下，
我不断改进，后来的课，同学们对我讲授的知识都能吸收。
不仅达到了预期的教学目的和要求，而且课堂纪律很好，同学们也非常配合。
有了前几次讲课的经验，我认为自己的课堂驾驭能力有了很大提高，不但可以良好地控制授课时间，也能够适时地调动起学生的积极性，使课堂气氛活跃起来。
最后得到老师的好评。
比教学工作更重要的就是班主任工作。
在学校里，班主任就是学生的第一监护人，所以班主任的工作非常琐碎。
一名真正尽职尽责的班主任，在学生身上下的功夫比学生的父母还要多。
实习第一周，我就开始记住每个学生的名字和样子，了解他们的基本情况，配合班主任做好常规工作，看早，晚读，监督卫生情况和自习课，晚自修的纪律，接下来每天都会做好着写常规工作。
除此之外，我根据每周的年级重点工作安排和学生动态开展不同的主题班会，如第一周，因有部分同学对学校补课制度不满而暴动，导致学生思想情绪激动，因此我开展了以不再抱怨生活为主题的班会，以其平伏学生的情绪;接下来两周学校要进行月考和期中考试，我就开展了以考试心理调试和考后反思与总结为主题的班会课。
期中考试过后，为了放松同学们的心情，丰富同学们的课外生活，增强同学们之间合作沟通与克服困难的团队精神。
我于11月15号下午第二节课进行了一次以团体拓展游戏为主的第二课堂活动，期间，坐地起身，抢凳子，人椅等游戏不仅使活动气氛活跃高涨，而且锻炼了学生的团队沟通能力和合作精神。
作为实习班主任，我也在工作中不断总结经验。
在对个别生
教育过程中，我收到了深刻的心得与体会。
他其实学习的潜力很大，只是自觉性和自制力不够强，因为经过多次努力但英语成绩仍然跟不上而泄气，失去学习兴趣和动力，导致文理偏科。
经过多次面谈，我不断鼓励和支持他。
帮助他明确目标和找到适合自己的学习动力和方法，后来在期中考试中取得了很大的进步，这是我对自己也感到很有成就感。
作为班主任，同时也应作为一个朋友的角色去和学生相处，在课后消除师生之间的距离感，是学生能坦白自己的真实想法，将心比心的理解学生的心理与情绪，更多的是感化教育而不是教训。
在这次实习中，我的各方面能力都得到了锻炼和提高，当更珍贵的是和高二1班的同学建立了一份亦师亦友的深厚情感，这也会对我今后的学习、生活和工作产生深远的影响。
我会不断努力，攀登人生的最高峰。
