朗读短文部分的考察点有两个：
第一：发音是否正确；
第二：对句子结构的把握

另外，考试是电脑录制，一定要在规定时间内完成，否则系统会自动切断录音。
技巧一：考试之前有时间可以让你准备，那么在你快速浏览文字的时候，需要按照意群来分类，讲的通俗一点，你可以在心里面默默地把这句话分成主谓宾加上其他成分，这样能够让你在朗读的时候有节奏感。

英语四级不考口语可以拿证。
四级考试对四级口语考试不做特别要求，学生可凭自己的意愿决定是否报名参加，不参加口语考试同样有四级成绩单。
另外，英语四级考试是没有四级证书的，只有一张成绩单。
大学英语四、六级口语考试主要考核学生的英语口头表达能力，具体为：就熟悉话题进行比较流利的会话能力;表达个人意见、情感、观点的能力;陈述事实、理由和
描述事件的能力。
口语考试成绩合格者由教育部高等教育司发给证书，证书分为A、B、C三个等级，成绩低于C等的不发给证书。

一、考试介绍
1、考试对象：
大学英语四、六级考试口语考试(CETSpokenEnglishTest，简称CET-SET)用于考察
大学生运用英语进行口头交际的能力。
CET-SET报考对象为获得全国大学英语四、六级证书且成绩达到一定分数线的.在校大学生。
教育部规定，四级笔试550分、六级520分以上的考生可以报名参加口试。
2、考试时间及地点：
四、六级口语考试为一年两次，分别在5月和11月。
考试地点在考生报名的考点，具体考场在考生报名后随机编组确定。

如中途无故退场，将作自动放弃考试处理，成绩一律记为不合格。
