成事在人观后感第一篇：电影《成事在人》观后感9月24日上午，党校老师为我们解读了电影《成事在人》的人物原型南非前总统曼德拉的生平经历，导演及主要演员的背景，让我们对这部电影有了初步的了解。
然后我们静静地观看了这部电影。
影片时常近两个小时，直到看完，我的内心世界一直被震撼和感动所充盈。
一个名字刻入了我心中——曼德拉。
影片一开始，是曼德拉从坐了27年的监狱出来，他是一名斗士，为了促进种族平等的权利，他英勇奋斗，不懈努力，可却被当局关押在罗本岛上，一关就是27年，后来经过多方努力，曼德拉终于被无罪释放。
他一出狱，当地的黑人就十分的拥护他，后来他当上了南非的总统。
为了国家的发展，为了促进黑人白人的融合，他从白人喜欢的运动橄榄球入手，利用世界橄榄球赛在南非举办的契机，大力推进橄榄球运动，成功的利用一年的时间将本国的橄榄球队跳羚羊队推上了世界冠军的宝座，从而也使黑人、白人之间的隔阂打破，人们的心从未如此的贴近，从未如此的惊动，胜利的一刻，体育场内响起了南非的国歌《天佑非洲》，他们一起走上街头欢呼。
这是曼德拉所希望看到的一幕。
回顾影片的情节，曼德拉有着超凡的毅力和永不服输的精神。
他在监狱中度过了27年的光阴。
27年，可以摧毁人的意志，摧毁人的健康。
可是曼德拉坚持了下来，在繁重的体力劳动的折磨下，他坚持锻炼身体，读诗集，写自传，他用怎样坚韧不拔的毅力去实现自由，去实现黑人与白人平等的地位的梦想呀，是这些来支撑着他活了下来！正如中国古语说的：天将大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志、劳其筋骨、饿其体肤、空乏其身，然后增其所不能也。
跳羚队的永不服输的精神来自于队长弗朗索瓦，而队长的转变来自于曼德拉。
当跳羚队遇到重大挫折时，曼德拉亲自约见他，并问他：“你怎么激励你的团队全力以赴？如何激发大家的潜能？怎么在看似无望的境地激励我们自己，以及我们身边的每一个人？”曼德拉告诉他，“为了建设我们的国家，我们要超越我们原来的期望”。

Invictus是英国诗人William Ernest Henley的作品，最早写于1875年，于1888年在他的诗集中发表，是他《生与死（回声）》组诗中的第四首。
当时这首诗是没有独立标题的，直到后来Arthur Quiller-Couch把它收编到1900年版的《牛津英文诗选》时方才加上了我们所直到的这个诗名：Invictus。

Ernest Henley命运多舛，他12岁患上了骨关节结核，几年后转移到脚部，医生建议他膝盖以下部分截肢，以保全性命，于是他25岁便做了截肢手术。
而早在1867年，18岁的他就已经通过考试，成为牛津大学的学生。
1875年，26岁的他在病榻上写下了Invictus这首诗歌。
尽管身有残疾，他依旧拖着一条健全的腿积极生活，直到53岁生命的终点。
尽管在电影里，曼德拉总统给了南非橄榄球国家队队长Invictus这首诗，但在现实生活中，曼德拉给他的，却是西奥多·罗斯福（Theodore Roosevelt）于1910年在索尔本发表的著名的演讲《竞技场上的人》The Man in the Arena中的选段，原文如下：
It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better.
