本部分学习的单词和词组是tomato, potato, carrot, green bean及复数形式。教材通过主线任务讨论蔬菜丰收的情景呈现单词的词义和意义。通过有节奏的说唱是学生在句子中朗读Let’s chant部分。

目标
能够听说认读上述单词和词组;在情境中正确运用上述词汇并运用句型;运用句型They’re...描述蔬菜特征。学生能够理解、跟读歌谣,并能够创编新的歌谣描述自己喜爱的水果或蔬菜。
三、巩固练习
1、教师请学生看着书听歌谣。
2、让学生观察歌谣中like后的蔬菜单词和Let’s learn中的单词有什么不同。启发学生说出like后的名词是以复数形式出现的。教师适当强调tomato和potato的复数形式拼写的变化,carrot的复数形式读音变化。
四、布置作业
读课文第39页并背诵 Let's chant。
Do you like tomatoes?引导学生用I like...或I don’t like...根据自己的实际情况表达。
2、 教师再拿起一夹青豆,边说边完全呈现:Oh,it’s long and green. They are green beans. Do you like green beans? 让学生在回答中学习单词。

☆教材分析
本单元是讨论农场里的动物和蔬菜。A部分学习蔬菜类词汇,通过讨论蔬菜丰收的情景呈现了单词的音形义,以及词汇的单复数形式。学生对于农场充满了兴趣,与日常生活密切相关。设计教学环节时,教师要设计灵活多样贴近生活的教学活动,将学生熟悉的蔬菜通过表演、描绘、简笔画或展示图片等引入课堂,进一步学习新词tomato,carrot,potato,green beans及其复数形式;让学生在生活经验和认真观察的基础上,描述蔬菜的特别,表明自己的喜好。
3.能吟唱并练习使用let’s chant,能运用Ilike,Ilove to表达自己的喜好。
4.能听出并画出农场里的蔬菜,并能完整介绍自己的农场。
