说服效应理论模型、影响因素及应对策略摘要说服效应是指面临说服性信息时,个体态度发生转变并影响其决策行为的一种现象,该现象普遍存在于政治选举、生活消费及商业广告等领域,具有重要的应用价值。
说服效应的两个主要理论模型包括双加工模型和自我功效理论。
信息源的可信度、情绪、信息框架、社会网络、事件卷入度等是影响说服效应的主要因素。
说服效应的应对策略包括公开承诺和自我控制。
未来的研究应该从说服效应的产生根源、特征成分及应用领域等方面进行深入地探讨。

最初对说服效应进行实验研究是利用主效应类型问题,例如专家比非专家更有说服力吗?呈现逻辑论据比情绪诉求有更强的说服效应吗?学习理论准则是主效应理论中较有影响的一种观点,该理论认为任何能促进人们理解或学习说服信息内容的变量都会导致态度的改变,具有说服效应(Hovland,Janis,&Kelley,1953)。
然而学习理论准则很快就受到质疑,有学者(Fazio,1986)指出某一变量并非在任何情境中都具有说服效应的,且该理论也没有很好地说明说服效应的时间效度,如说服何时是持久有效或短暂无效的。
随着研究的深入,Kelman(1958)区分了两类不同的说服效应:内化(internalization)即接受信息证据;认同(identification)即因偏爱信息源而赞成。
该理论框架中,特定变量如专业意见,由于信息内容具有较高的可接受性因而提高说服效果,然而其它变量如信息源的吸引力,则在个体认同信息源时才导致明显的说服效果。
虽然两者均发生态度改变,但前者在信息源不呈现的时候仍然会发生态度的改变,而后者的态度改变是基于个体对信息源的偏好,这是因为两者与不同的内在加工过程相联系。
后继的学者在以往研究的基础上继续对说服效应进行更为深入的研究。

Self- Analysis of Personal Narrative
I learned a lot from this speech and I would like to share with you.
I. Things I did well in my speech:
A: I managed to be confident. I used some natural facial expression and gestures. I could keep audience’s attention. We could see that from the looks of my audience.
B: I told the narrative vividly. I used some vivid scenes in a vivid way.
II. Things I could have done better:
A.I think the first is my outline. As for my Preparation Outline,
there are so many mistakes that even I myself could not accept. I had checked and reversed it at least two to three times, yet I was not careful enough. To be honest, I think the outline should be succinct. I did not think the Outline Sample can achieve that goal, it almost consists the whole content. But, my classmates all followed that sample. So I also followed suit. However, as you can saw, I did not do it well enough. As for the Speaking outline, it did not satisfy me. I was used to using my rough draft. So I still need some practice in using key word outline.
B.The second thing is the ending of my speech: I drew the
conclusion a little fast. My dear teacher said I could have given
examples of my changed attitude and I could not agree more.
III. I would do them differently if I could do my speech over again:
A.I would put forward another vivid scene to explain the
changes of my attitude. So the whole article would seem more natural and wonderful.
B.I would use the presentation aid more smoothly. I think the aid
last time I used was a little dull.
As for next speech, I would like to use some firm facts and vivid description. I will still pay attention to my gestures and pronunciation and other aspects. I will make it more natural. I am sure I can do it with the help of my dear teacher and classmates.
IV: Structure and Content:
In my opinion, the organizational structure was clear. The supporting material was substantial. And the topic suited to audience. However, there was one thing I should have improved—that is the ending. I am sure it would be much better.
V: Style and Delivery:
I think this part I did very well. I used different gestures, facial expressions, postures. There was also vocal variety in my speech. It was fluently without vocalized pauses. What’s more, the creativity of some word choice was variable. For example, “stammered” and “said”.
I really learned a lot from that speech, and I would like to put the
knowledge into next practice. I am sure I can do it better. Thanks to Public Speaking and my dear teacher. Thank you!。
