通信接口卡FW2441基本说明通信接口卡FW244是DCS系统与其它智能设备（如PLC、变频器、称重仪表等）互连的网间连接设备，是SCnet Ⅱ网络节点之一，在SCnet Ⅱ中处于与主控制卡同等的地位。

其功能是将用户智能系统的数据通过通讯的方式连入DCS系统中，通过SCnet Ⅱ网络实现数据在DCS系统中的共享。

FW244提供RS-232和RS-485两种接口方式，通过SCX语言编程软件实现与第三方设备间的通讯。

FW244由底板和背板组成。

底板负责读取数据，背板负责发送数据。

FW244在网络架构中的位置如图 1-1：图 1-1 FW244在网络架构中的位置2原理说明通信接口卡FW244原理框图如图 2-1所示：图 2-1 FW244原理简图FW244通信接口卡，利用SCX语言编制程序，通过RS-232或RS-485接口以Modbus、HostLink 等协议与第三方设备通信，底板的控制器把从第三方设备取得的数据放在公共内存中，背板控制器从公共内存中取得数据再通过SCnet II网络送给操作站。

这样操作站监控软件就可以显示第三方设备的状态、数据。

SOE主卡FW422（B）1基本说明SOE主卡是整个SOE系统的核心部件（在SCnetⅡ中FW422（B）处于与主控制卡同等的地位），负责收集从卡中的SOE原始记录，并将SOE原始数据打上完整的时间标签后保存到本地数据记录库中，当服务器来索要数据时，将SOE记录送给服务器。

主卡可诊断网络上各SOE从卡的状态，通信网络、同步网络的故障情况。

1.1FW422（B）的功能特点FW422（B）具备以下功能特点：¾采用一个32位嵌入式微处理器，功能强、速度快、单站容量大。

¾控制软件和算法模块采用模块化设计，核心程序固化在FLASH存储器中；¾提供3M字节的存储空间；¾提供1M字节的数据区，为SOE原始数据库准备了充足的数据空间（≥10000条）；¾SCnetⅡ网络采用冗余的10M/100Mbps工业以太网，充分保证了系统数据传输的实时性、可靠性和网络开放性；¾提供SOE系统主卡、SOE系统从卡的综合故障诊断；¾具有掉电保护功能，在系统断电的情况下，组态、SOE系统记录数据均不会丢失；¾SOE分辨率精度：同一SOE主卡内≤ 1ms；不同SOE主卡内≤ 2ms；¾采用SNTP和GPS秒脉冲信号（PPS）实现SOE系统的时钟同步方式。

卡件机笼FW214
1基本说明
FW214卡件机笼是控制站的重要机械机构之一，用于放置数据转发卡和IO卡件。

机笼主体由金属框架和母板组成。

母板上安装有欧插，方便卡件插拔。

同一控制站的各个机笼通过SBUS网络相连。

卡件机笼可以与主控制卡放置在一个机柜中，也可以放置在不同的机柜中，而且还可以把卡件机笼放置在远离控制室的生产现场。

FW214卡件机笼与主控制卡FW247/FW247（B）配套使用。

2使用说明
2.1机笼母板
母板固定于机笼的背面，介质为印刷电路板。

母板上有20个欧式插座，与机笼框架内部固定的20条导轨相对应。

母板一方面为卡件提供工作所需的直流电源（5V、24V），另一方面实现卡件之间必要的电气连接，同时对卡件起固定作用。

2.2机笼内卡件安装
机笼框架内部有20个槽位，用于固定卡件。

从左至右依次放置电源指示卡（2块）、数据转发卡（2块）、I/O卡（16块）。

电源接口：6位接线端子，提供双路冗余5V电源和双路冗余24V电源接入。

从右到左，依次为：VCCA——A组5V电源正极；
VCCB——B组5V电源正极；
GND1——5V电源工作地；
GND2——24V电源工作地；
24VB——B组24V电源正极；
24V A——A组24V电源正极；
3号网络接口：SBUS-S2网络A号网络RJ-45接口；
4号网络接口：SUBS-S2网络B号网络RJ-45接口；
端子板接口：DB25接口，提供16个IO槽位的端子板接口。

SOE/HART通信接口：共八个SOE/HART通信接线端子，上一排四个端子为保留端子，下一排四个端子从左至右分别为SOE-、SOE+、PAT-、PAT+，如图 2-3所示。

“SOE-”和“SOE+”为SOE 的通信接线端子。

“PAT-”和“PAT+”为SOE的同步接线端子，也可作为HART的通信接线端子，且在同一机笼中“PAT-”和“PAT+”这对端子仅能用作其中的一种用途。

在ECS-100系统中，主控制卡（FW247）安装在电源箱机笼中，数据转发卡安装在卡件机笼。

主控制卡和数据转发卡通过SBUS网络实现数据交换。

一个控制站最多有2块主控制卡（互为冗余），8个卡件机笼。

通常一个混合机柜可放置3个卡件机笼，同一机柜的主控制卡和卡件机笼间的连接可通过SBUS 交换机实现，其它机柜的机笼与主控制卡的连接视具体情况而定，当其它机柜距离主控制机柜较近时，可直接用双绞线将各机笼与主控制卡所在机柜的SBUS 交换机相连。

当距离比较远时，其它机柜可以安装SBUS 交换机，然后和主控制卡所在机柜的交换机相连，或者根据实际情况设计合理的连接方式。

3工程应用说明举例
在工程应用中，不同机柜的机笼之间有不同的连接方式，受成本、抗干扰等因素的影响，要根据现场情况选择合适的方式连接。

下例是各机柜在同一控制室的连线情况，控制站配置为：2块主
控制卡（冗余配置）、8个机笼、16块数据转发卡（都冗余配置）、若干I/O卡、若干端子板、3个机柜。

因在同一控制室，距离比较近，不同机柜间的连接直接通过双绞线连接即可。

具体连线见图 3-1所示：

图中1根线代表连接机笼的4根双绞线，分别为2根SBUS 3号网络线（对应2块数据转发卡的A网）和2根SBUS 4号网络线（对应2块数据转发卡的B网）。

主控制卡所在机柜中的3个机笼直接用双绞线连接到图中的交换机上。
