我校英语教研组共有三名教师，其中一名在职教师，另外两名局聘教师，但我们都有一颗热爱英语教学的热心，下面依据我校实际情况制定如下本组工作计划：
一、基本功训练
1、每周一张英语钢笔字练习，每周在小黑板上写一篇古诗。
2、每周四下午英语教研时进行英语专业知识的学习，如：口语表达、听力练习、写作练习等。
二、英语教研
时间：每周四下午进行教研
主题：利用“思维导图”更好地为英语教学服务
教研具体内容：
1、学习课标，依据课标解读新教材。
2、英语专业知识的学习。
3、每位英语教师依据教研主题讲一节校内公开课，依据课例展开校内集体备课、听课、评课等教研活动。
三、学科活动
1、听写练习：，三、四年级以单词为听写内容，五、六年级以单词、句子为听写内容。
各年级老师每教授一个单元的A、B部分对学生进行一次听写检测，学校在期中、期末分别进行一次听写抽测。
2、写作练习：五、六年级每个单元写一篇作文（做为学生常态作业），并在6月上旬举行五、六年级学生写作比赛（学校统一组织）。

华中师范大学随州附属学校英语教研工作计划（2016-2017学年第一学期）英语教研组二Ｏ一六年八月华师随州附属学校英语教研工作计划一、指导思想本着“外语特色，文理并重，国际合作”的办学思想，坚持“成人成才成就梦想”的学校办学理念，以“聚天下名师，办品牌学校”的办学目标。
围绕肖校长提出的：“一年基础、二年台阶、三年成果、四年特色、五年名校”的学校发展五年目标和“依托华师品牌，创办优质名校”的新学期工作思路为指导英语教研教学思路。
本学期的英语教研教学将开展丰富多彩的英语活动，提高学生的英语学习兴趣和听、说、读、写各种能力，全面提高全校英语教学质量。
以学校总体教学工作为依据，以提高教学质量为目标，增强学习意识、服务意识、教科研意识、质量意识、合作意识，充分发挥业务职能的作用，以更新教育教学观念为先导，以课堂教学改革为重点，以培养学生的创新精神和实践能力为重点，积极探索，不断深化课堂教学改革，全面提高我校英语教师的教研和教学工作水平，取得更好成绩二、现状分析：教师情况：本学期我们英语组共有6个教师，年龄都在30岁以下，我们有着无限的活力，对教学工作拥有满腔的热情，但也面临着一个共同的问题——缺乏教学经验，对于课堂教学，如何使教学效果最优化、最大化，还是一个不断学习和摸索的过程。
但是我们坚信在华师大这个大的平台上，我们的教师会扬长避短，取长补短勇于把压力化为动力，群策群力，把英语学科教学质量推向新的台阶。
学生情况：小学和初中共有19个教学班，“外语特色”一直是我校的办学理念，受到学校的重视学生英语基础较好，但每学期的插班生来自全市各个乡镇基础参次不齐，在加上初中英语难度加大的情况下两级分化现象严重，对我们工作的开展也带来一定的困难。
三、工作目标学期初在召开的校中层干部会议上，肖校长的培训讲话和谢主任的教学教研解读让我对对本学期的工作有了清晰地宏观认识。
在此次会议精神的指导下，同时结合肖校长提出“六个一”和全力备战中考的学期计划，就下学期的英语组教研目标如下：1.一口流利的英语口语2.一手漂亮的英语字3.一首动听的英语歌或一幅精美的英语手抄报4.一颗热爱英语的心5.一堂优质的英语课6.一份令学生家长学校满意的英语成绩四、工作措施为了完成这6个教学教研目标我将从以下五个方面具体开展工作：1. 抓好教学常规，努力提高学生的英语基本素质（1）备课──按照学校要求认真备好每一节课，做到备教材、备学生、备课程标准、备教法和学法、备教学设计，认真写好电子教案和教学反思。

1、分小组，互帮互助。把学生按1强1中2弱或2强2弱进行分组，指定小组长，上课进行走位式。从课堂纪律、回答问题、作业质量、听写、测试等方面小组评比，让他们能有竞争意识，互相帮助、进步。
2、继续音标语音的教学。每课E部分教授时，复习所学过的元、辅音及字母组合，鼓励学生预习课文时根据音标来拼读单词。
3、课堂教学中创设英语情景和环境，鼓励学生大胆说英语，肯定他们的进步（尤其是英语基础不好的学生），树立学生的信心，培养学生朗读和书写的习惯
4、鼓励后进生。我们英语老师最头痛的是后进生队伍越来越壮大，因此我们要鼓励后进生，善待后进生，纠正后进生的错误观念，让他们知道自己能行，鼓励他们去追求。在课堂上，要多用鼓励性的语言，要掌握评价的艺术，保护后进生的自尊心，发现他们的优点与长处，让他们尽情发挥。耐心帮助他们，以自身的人格魅力去影响和感化他们，从而提高教学质量。

根据学校及经管学院本学期的工作要点，商务英语教研室计划作以下工作：
