四，丙方要根据学科及教师队伍建设的需要做好教师参加英语培训派出计划，积极组织本单位符合条件的教师申报。
五，丙方要主动与相关职能部门沟通，做好工作安排。
六，丙方协助甲方负责对乙方的管理和考核，关心乙方的工作，学习和生活。
七，本协议未尽事宜，经甲方，乙方，丙方三方协商解决。
八，本协议经甲，乙，丙三方签字盖章后生效，一式三份，甲方，乙方，丙方各执一份。

7.1 本合作协议签署后，任何有关物品和文件均应归还到原归属方。
7.2 对本合作协议的修改、补充或作废，双方应通过书面形式达成一致意见。
7.3 本合作协议一式两份，甲方和乙方各执一份，具有同等法律效力。
