Dear teachers and schoolmates:
Good morning.Today my topic is “cherishing food, eating in a
civilized way”.
First of all,let’s compare two groups of data.
The first one: in 2013,China imported over 70 million tons of
food.Because of the lack of food,China has become the world’s largest
food importer.
The second one: The food that Chinese waste every year on the table
costs two thousand billion RMB.However.China is still a developing
country.There are plenty of poor people.
The two groups of data give us a shocking lesson.
Recently,with the development of people’s life,saving has been
ignored day by day.Let’s focus on our school dinning room.Wasting can
often be seen around us after every meal.
It is believed that if one of us save a grain of rice a day,we’ll get 32
thousand kilos of rice across China.
Now,schoolmates,don’t let saving food be a slogan.but a traditional
virtue.Saving food is glorious,and wasting it is disgraceful.
Let’s eat in a civilized way,because it is not only related to our
heath,but also obviously convey the quality of students and the features of
our school.
In order to form a civilized and frugal habits, here I want to propose
4 suggestions:
No.1,join “Clear your plate ”Campaign positively.
No.2,Eat silently.No talking and no laughing while eating.
No,3,eat in order.
No,4,keep the table clean and tidy ,and we shouldn’t take the food
out of the dinning room.
Finally,I hope everyone act now.Let cherishing and saving food
become our habit and develop in our campus.

二、良好的文明习惯。作为学生，要说话文明，举止文明。如见到老师、长辈、熟人要热情招呼，听人说话要认真;站有站相，坐有坐相;爱护公物，爱护绿化，遵守公共秩序，遵守交通规则。
三、良好的劳动习惯。我们都要做-爱劳动的好学生，在学校里，要参加些公益劳动，如认真做值日工作;在家里要做些力所能及的家务，自己的事情自己做。
四、良好的学习习惯。良好的学习习惯很多：
1、自觉学习的习惯;
2、专心致志的习惯;
3、积极思考、举手发言的习惯;
4、学会倾听的习惯;
5、课前预习、课后复习的习惯;
6、写字端正的习惯。我们提出：人人端端正正地写字，人人写出端端正正的字。 五、良好的学习卫生习惯。小学生正是长知识、长身体的时候，必须养成学习卫生习惯。如写字的一尺一拳一寸，不躺着看书看电视，不一边看电视一边做作业等等。
总之，良好习惯是很多的，需要我们经过长期的坚持不懈去养成。养成良好习惯，就会使我们更加健康，学习成绩更好，我们的未来必定更加美好。

“叮叮叮……”二节课后，我们整个教学楼热闹起来。大家迅速准备好后，回到班里排成两队，准备到操场举行升旗仪式。
窗外阳光明媚，天空蓝悠悠，小草绿油油。我们穿着整洁的校服，分三股“红流”从东楼梯、中楼梯和南楼梯下来，来到既宽敞又漂亮的小操场。大家踏着整齐的步伐，来到各自的位置上。当主持人走向升旗台时，同学们立刻肃静。大队辅导员介绍了升旗手，他们都是在各种比赛中获得优异成绩的同学。然后由主持人宣布升旗仪式开始。
在升旗台旁，出旗手整齐地排成两队，庄严地举着国旗，昂首挺胸的走向升旗台。与此同时，乐队奏起了少年先锋队队歌。同学们个个神情严肃，目注着国旗走向主席台。
当国旗冉冉升起时，当我们把手高举头顶时，我心里无限感慨，我为我是一个少先队员而骄傲！乐队又奏响了国歌。老师与同学们精神抖擞，注视着国旗唱国歌，全体师生都十分富有感情。“起来，不愿做奴隶的人们……”正是这战斗的声音，曾经鼓舞着中国人民为新中国的诞生而奋斗！作为新一代的接班人，我们一定要好好学习！老师们又在国旗下进行了演讲，同学们听得如醉如痴……
虽然升旗仪式结束了，但那壮烈豪迈的歌声还荡漾在我的心田。
