The old woman was very angry because Hansel didn’t become fat. Gretel knew that her brother was in danger. Gretel let the old women see if the fire in the stove was burning well. When the old woman looked in the stove, Gretel pushed her into the stove and closed the door. She was burnt and dead. Gretel saved Hansel .When they returned home ,their stepmother ran away. Thereafter, Hansel and Gretel lived happily with their father.
