久保田全程机械化产品亮相南京农机展作者:柳彤来源:《农机市场》 2017年第5期柳彤4 月13 日至15 日,“第九届中国(江苏)国际农业机械展览会”在江苏南京国际博览中心顺利召开。
本次久保田农业机械(苏州)有限公司(以下简称久保田)展台面积达1680 平方米,参展展品达到37 款。
展品涵盖水田生产全程机械化产品、旱田产品、培训教具、服务部品等。
此次参展,久保田围绕“全程机械化”和“绿色、生态、环保”两大主题,展示了从耕作、播种、插秧、植保、收获、烘干、米业加工等环节的全系列产品,为观众带来了众多看点。
本次展会上,久保田首次展出了玉米籽粒收割机和可收获谷子杂粮的PRO688Q 收割机。
PRO100 轮式收割机是久保田近几年新推出的谷物收割机,以往装配小麦割台收割小麦,本次展会则展出了加装4 行玉米割台的玉米籽粒收获机,通过割台更换以及喂入、脱粒、筛选系统的改装,能够实现玉米的收获与脱粒,达到一机多用。
在经典机型PRO688Q 上加装谷子收割选装件,可实现谷子收获。
结合谷子颗粒较小的特点,通过谷子选装件以及一些参数的调整,能将谷子收获的破碎率、含杂率、损失率控制在标准范围内。
这些都是久保田农机为用户创造最大收益的理念体现。
另外,多功能水稻插秧机也是本次参展的主要明星产品之一,可一次完成侧深施肥、插秧和撒除草剂等作业,实现节本增效。
该机器还首次引入导航系统,可自动保持直行,作业时,仅需1 人即可完成插秧作业,省工省时。
侧深施肥与除草剂施用系统则体现了绿色、生态、环保的理念。
在插秧的同时,将肥料施入土壤中,一方面避免了以往灌水前施肥,肥料易被冲走造成浪费的现象;另一方面避免了放水时,肥料流入江河湖泊造成水体污染的现象。
机器后方装了拜耳除草剂专用施药器,结合拜耳除草技术,实现了除草剂的精准施用。
施药器采用各行间间歇滴药的方式,实现药剂利用最大化。
该机器同时选装了平地辊,可实现作业时平田作用,让插秧效果更佳。

Puxe suavemente o punhodo retrátil para distribuir o óleo;4.Recoloque a vela de ignição e puxe novamente o punho do retrátilaté sentir a resistência do motor. 一、启动前的检查: 1、检查柴油机上有无其它异物,机油液位。 2、检查水箱内的水位高低和燃油的多少,如 水位低于水位线必须加水,燃油低于燃油 线必须加油。 3、检查蓄电池的开关是否闭合(应闭合) 4、检查总开关是否断开(应断开)。

三、发电机机运行: 1、机组因故障停机或有异常声音时,应仔细查 找故障原因,待故障排除后方可开机。 2、检查机组油路、水路及电器的渗漏情况。 3、检查机组各连接处的紧固情况,看有无松动 和剧烈振动。 4、当转速达到额定转速,空载运行的各项参数 稳定后,合闸供电。 5、机组运行时严禁超载运行。

一、新机维护(新机首次投入使用100h后进行): 1、清洁外观、空气过滤器、机油过滤器并更换润滑油。 2、擦除排气管上的积碳。 3.3 检查各紧固件、松动情况。 二、日常保养: 1、每24h应检查机油泵的滑油情况,是否在规定平面内。 2、每100h更换机油泵内润滑油,以加至油尺标记为止。 3、每100h旋开柴油过滤器下部的放污螺塞,放除积水和脏物。 三、闲置保养: 1、在不长期使用的情况下,每半月启动一次,给蓄电池进行充电。 2、停机后,清洁柴油机部分和启动机部分。

四、正常停机: 1、机器停机前,应逐步卸去负载,然后使主开关处于分闸位置。 2、一般情况卸载后需运行3~5min停机。 3、观察计时器读数,将使用时间记录在《发电机使用记录》内。 五、紧急停机 : 发电机运转出现异常情况时,必须立即停机 并及时汇报现场负责人。 六、安全注意事项: 1、正确操作和维护,保养发电机,熟练掌握使用和调校,保证发 电机正常运转。 2、穿戴好劳动保护用品,开机运行高度集中,确保人身、机器的 安全。
二、启动: 1、拉出发电机后,顺时针旋转启动钥匙3~5s, 若启动不成功,应等20s左右再次启动。若 多次启动不成功,应停止启动操作,排除 电瓶电压或油路等故障因素后,再次启动。 2、启动后应观察电压表,若电压无显示或很 低时,应立即停车检查。 3、暖机(气温高于10℃可不进行)3~5min。
