LTC 6802-213ms测完所有单元1Mhz速度连接断开检测12位ADC检测过电和低电状态V+(pin1)和C12连在一起?使用内部NMOS放点需要检测极限温度Vref输出3.075V电压Vreg输出线性电压Tos(Pin32)的状态,改变SDO脚的操作(在toggle polling 模式下)MMB(PIN33)MMB=0,进入检测模式WDTB(Pin34),如果SCI脚2.5秒没有活动,被激活,输出和V-接通,所有配置寄存器复位。

如果C12和V+都悬空,C12的读数总是0V,如果C12悬空,但V+没有悬空,用STCVAD指令来测量所有单元的电压,把它和辅助测量的电压作比较,如果低于辅助测量的电压,说明V12断开(前提是其他C脚都没断开)当使用STCV AD and STOWAD指令时,自动关闭对应单元的放电开关若不关闭放电开关,可以使用STCVDC和STOWDC指令。

当OV and UV比较测量时,所有放电开关自动关闭。

A/D转换数字自检,所需时间和测所有单元电压或所有温度传感器的时间是一样的,在配置寄存器中把CDC[0:2]设置成1,有两道自检命令,如果工作正常的话,在第一道命令后,寄存器会包含0xAAA, 在第二道命令后,寄存器会包含0x555。

当温度达到145度,配制寄存器复位,所有电子开关关闭,A/D转换停止,THSB位=1,当使用RDTMP指令时,THSB=0,这是应该使用内部温度监视器来决定设备的温度是否已达到可以接受值。

LED作为一种新型的光源,他所使用的材料不含重金属,与其他光源相比发光效率可以提高20%以上,节能效果非常明显。

LED的寿命也很长,平均无故障工作时间为10万小时,大大超过白炽灯寿命3 000小时的规定。

LED属于实心封装的固体光源,其抗振动性也是其他光源无法比拟的。

因此LED光源具很广泛的应用前景和实用价值,市电高亮LED驱动器的设计对LED光源大范围应用与推广必将产生重要意义。

针对LED光源MAXIM推出了高效率LED驱动控制器MAXl6801,该驱动器具有262 kHz固定开关频率,采用电流模式控制方案。

配合使用外部MOSFET,可提供大功率输出(超过50 w),并实现了较高的效率(超过85%)。

可驱动几路串联的HB LED,通过PWM或线性亮度调节可实现宽调节范围(0~100%)。

该IC具有45μA启动电流,允许使用大阻值启动电阻和小容量启动电容,启动迅速、功耗降低。

允许通过外部电阻分压器设置输入启动电压,实现输入电压欠压锁定(UVLO)功能;拉低UVLO引脚将关断器件;并且具有数字软启动,可在启动过程中较好地控制输出电流的上升。

The demo board is designed to switch a 5A output load from 0V up to 135V. This board offers a low 50ns (typical) propagation delay, fast switching times (<10ns) and 100% duty cycle operation.The LTC7001 is a fast high voltage high side N-channel MOSFET driver . An internal charge pump fully enhances an external N-channel MOSF ET switch, allowing it to remain on indefinitely. A powerful gate driver can drive large gate capacitance MOSFETs with very short transition times, ideal for both high frequency switching and static switch applications. The LTC7001 operates over a 0V to 135V input supply range.The demo board includes input capacitors and an output diode to accommodate input and output supply induc-tance when switching loads. ”LTC68XX系列的断线检测功能概述查看ADI的AFE系列,LTC6802、LTC6803、LTC6804、LTC6811,其实都带有断线检测的功能。

从产品迭代上来说,6802和6803断线检测功能模块差异不大,属于一个系列,6804和6811断线检测功能模块差异不大,同属一个系列。

后面两个系列相比于前面两个系列,诊断功能上更加准确和完善了一些。

我们分别挑选LTC6803和LTC6804对比断线检测功能有什么差异。

在13个C引脚处,只有下拉的100uA电流源。

在诊断过程中,前后两次对100uA电流源下拉测量Cell电压。

如果第n个C引脚有开路,那么两次测量的Cell(n+1)电压差值会超过200mV 。

以下为手册中对该算法的具体描述:不过本文重点讨论LTC6804以及之后系列的断线检测功能,因为LTC6803的断线检测功能实际应用并不多,这也可能是实际应用效果并不好。

LTC6804断线检测功能如下图,LTC6804断线诊断功能框图。

可以看出,相比LTC6803,每个C引脚多了一个上拉的100uA电流源。

其工作原理为:在断线诊断过程中,通过命令组先上拉(闭合)100uA电流源(PUP = 1),断开下拉电流源,测量C端口之间电压;然后下拉(闭合)100uA电流源(PUP = 0),断开上拉电流源,测量C端口之间电压。

对于C1至C11断线判断是将上拉后的测量电压与下拉后的测量电压相减得到ΔV,如果(n+1)节电压对应差值ΔV <- 400mv,则表明对应C(n)引脚开路;首末节C0与C12开路判断的规则是:第1节如果上拉电压后测量是0V,表明C0开路,第12节如果下拉电压后测量是0V,表明C12开路。

CFL 为目前大多数居家照明使用的光源,其存在于低成本,高亮度的广大应用领域。

照明应用主要分布在公共照明与居家照明两大领域,CFL 占有了居家照明应用领域,所以也提供了极大的市场需求量。

节能是一个趋势,不论是在任何应用上,其中有几个主要的主流,其一是越来越多的电子产品从市电供电走向电池供电,降低了市电的使用率,其二是使用市电供电的电子产品,必须要提高整体的功率使用效率,使整体的电力供应能完全的使用在电子设备上,降低能源的消耗。

从照明的进程上看,公元1900年代后的白炽灯泡,在当时被视为是一个跨时代创新的产物,它使整个世界在夜晚有了光明。

当时考虑的是有光与无光的问题,到了1950年代,因为生活水平的提高,慢慢重视到灯光的质量,所以对灯泡的要求转向高亮度,一般我们所声称的单位面积多少流明(或是L/W ),所以高亮度的日光灯管慢慢取代了白炽灯泡。

但是在1990年代,能源使用效率的概念开始崛起,使得旧式的白炽灯泡与日光灯管因为极低的效率,逐渐被省电灯泡,就是我们俗称的CFL 省电灯泡所取代。

省电灯泡使灯泡本身的使用寿命延长3000至5000小时,比原本的白炽灯泡还长了许多,但是现在的CFL 省电灯泡,有成本上的压力,所以使用的控制电路基本上都是属于自激式的控制方式,并没有功因转换器与镇流器。

功因转换器可以使用被动式电路还可控制,但是面积会比较大。

现在市面上销售的CFL 省电灯泡的功率因子大约是在0.5至0.6左右。

拜芯片设计的技术进步所赐,现在的功因转换器可以将旧式的被动式功因转换电路缩小成一个芯片控制的主动式功因转换芯片,并加上了电子式镇流器,大大缩小了系统的面积,使省电灯泡可以做得更小、效率更高。

2 一般现有的电子镇流器基本上主要是将市电做桥式整流,并经过功因转换器后,提供一个高压的稳定直流电压源给电子式镇流器使用。

NPN 是用B→E 的电流(IB)控制C→E 的电流(IC),E极电位最低,且正常放大时通常C极电位最高,即 VC > VB > VEPNP 是用E→B 的电流(IB)控制E→C 的电流(IC),E极电位最高,且正常放大时通常C极电位最低,即 VC < VB < VE总之 VB 一般都是在中间,VC 和 VE 在两边,这跟通常的 BJT 符号中的位置是一致的,你可以利用这个帮助你的形象思维和记忆。

而且BJT的各极之间虽然不是纯电阻,但电压方向和电流方向同样是一致的,不会出现电流从低电位处流行高电位的情况。

如今流行的电路图画法,通常习惯“男上女下”,哦不对,“阳上阴下”,也就是“正电源在上负电源在下”。

那NPN电路中,E 最终都是接到地板(直接或间接),C 最终都是接到天花板(直接或间接)。

PNP电路则相反,C 最终都是接到地板(直接或间接),E 最终都是接到天花板(直接或间接)。

这也是为了满足上面的VC 和 VE的关系。

一般的电路中,有了NPN的,你就可以按“上下对称交换”的方法得到 PNP 的版本。

无论何时,只要满足上面的6个“极性”关系(4个电流方向和2个电压不等式),BJT电路就可能正常工作。

当然,要保证正常工作,还必须保证这些电压、电流满足一些进一步的定量条件,即所谓“工作点”条件。

对于NPN电路:对于共射组态,可以粗略理解为把VE当作“固定”参考点,通过控制VB 来控制VBE(VBE=VB-VE),从而控制IB,并进一步控制IC(从电位更高的地方流进C极,你也可以把C极看作朝上的进水的漏斗)。

对于共基组态,可以理解为把VB当作固定参考点,通过控制VE来控制VBE (VBE=VB-VE),从而控制IB,并进一步控制IC。

DESCRIPTION
The LTC®6801 is a multicell battery monitoring IC incorporating a 12-bit ADC, a precision voltage reference, sampled comparator, and a high voltage input multiplexer. The LTC6801 can monitor as many as 12 series connected battery cells for overvoltage, undervoltage, and overtemperature conditions, indicating whether the cells are within specified parameters. The LTC6801 generates a clock output when no fault conditions exist. Differential clocking provides high noise immunity and ensures that battery stack fault conditions cannot be hidden by frozen bits or short circuit conditions.

Each LTC6801 can operate with a battery stack voltage up to 60V and multiple LTC6801 devices can be stacked to monitor each individual cell in a long battery string. When multiple devices are stacked, the status signal of each LTC6801 can be daisy-chained, without opto-couplers or isolators, providing a single status output for the entire battery string.
