时态 用法
一般过去时 表示过去某个 时间发生的动 作或存在的状 态。 1. 动词 was/were + 表语 2. 实义动词的 过去式 + … 1. Was/Were + 主语 + …? 2. Did +主语 + 动词原形+...? 1. 主语+was /were +not +… 2. 主语 + didn’t + 动词 原形 + …
4. used to用于省略句时,肯定式保留 to,否定式不保留to。例如: — Used you play basketball? 你过去常打篮球吗? — Yes, I used to. (No, I usedn’t.) 是的,经常打。(不,不常打。)

第一种否定句型,就是把used当做实义动 词来看,所以变否定句要用助动词did; 第二种否定句是把used当做情态动词,变 否定句直接在used后面加not即可,used not可 以缩写成usedn’t或usen’t。美式英语通常用A 形式,英式英语常用B形式。
