如今学年我积极参与我校"特色英语"课题研究，勇于承担各种教研任务和开展各项英语活动，均取得了较佳的效果。
我先后主动接受校领导、区教研员以及市教委教研专家的多次试验课指导，均一致得到了校领导、区教研员、市教委教研专家的高度评价。
利用橱窗、通讯稿等在校内、网上、报刊上及时宣传学校"特色英语"的开展情况，在学校、社会上造成了一定的影响。
希望学校给与我锻炼、提升自我的机会，让我进一步积累教育、教学、教研经验，让我能为学校工作为英语教育多作贡献。
如果我的竞岗不成功，我也将服从学校的工作安排，大力支持上岗科英语组长的工作，继续保持与课组成员的通力协作，把学校工作做好。
