假如我这次当选了大队委，我就会组织一些学习小组，让一些学习成绩好的同学当“小老师”去帮助一些学习成绩差的同学，让他们的学习成绩有所提高，同时又可以帮助自己复习，真是一举两得。
我还会在每一个星期让每一个搬出一份关于学习的手朝报，贴在学校的黑板上，这样可以增加同学们的课外知识，又可以提高同学们的动手能力和思考能力。
我还会多组织一些知识竞赛，让同学们能在竞赛中学到更多的知识……记得老师说过一句话：“一个人有自信不一定成功，但没有自信就一定不会成功。
”这句话常常提醒知我。

竞选学习委员大家好，我是六年级三班的余晓君，我这次竞选的职位是学习委员。
你知道吗？其实当大队委是我从小的梦想，在以前我曾看到过许多人在台上竞选大队委，当时我很羡慕他们，同时我也希望自己能当上大队委。
在同学伤心的时候，我就充当一个天使，把幸福带给他们；在同学学习上遇到困难时，我便会充当一位老师，耐心的教导他们；当他们犯了错误的时候，我就会耐心的引导他们改正错误，所以我这次能竞选大队我感到非常光荣。

首先，我向各位介绍一下自己：我叫陶盟，作为大学一年级新生,我来自电气一班，现为班卫生部负责人之一。

”于是，我从从一名中学生到今天走进大学一年级、走上这一神圣的地方，我深感机会的来之不易，需要好好珍惜。
正是由于这种动力，当我站在这里的时候，倍感自信。
当然仅仅有自信是不够的，还要有一定的能力。
而从小什么都不会到今天能独立策划活动，从不会到会，从不好到好的过程，就是凭借着自信和虚心的态度来认真完成每一件工作的。
在中学，我担任过班长、学生会主席。
在工作中，我自觉培养了我的合作与协调能力，我能真诚的与别人合作，并且协调好同学们之间的关系，对不良行为敢于大胆管理，从不姑息纵容，因此，赢得了老师和同学们的好评。
我经常从同学的角度来看待我们班干部的问题。
在星期六、星期天多与同学们谈心、沟通、交流，了解他们的性格、思想、爱好，倾听他们的心声，充分的听取他们的建议、意见。
我也总是试着从他们的角度来组织活动，这样班级活动也总是开展得热火朝天。
但“人非圣贤，孰能无过”，我也犯过错，但我敢于面对自己的错误，从同学与老师的帮助中虚心的接受批评，并改正错误，而且决不充许自己第二次在同一地方跌倒。
今天我之所以在这里参加竞选。
我希望把我们班建立成为学校领导与学生之间心灵的桥梁，成为师生的一条纽带，成为一个真正的为同学服务，同学们真正爱它的团体，同时也想锻炼一下自己的能力，给自己一个展示能力的舞台。
与他人相比，我觉得自己多了一份自信，因为我是一个不服输的人，我有着一颗不折不扣的责任心和对我们班的满腔热情。
当然，我如果没有当选，我将一如继往的认真工作，并且会做的更好，全力支持新一届主席团的工作。
因为我爱这个团体，因为爱，所以我要竭尽全力的去做。
如果我有幸当选，我将借鉴上一届主席团的宝贵经验，进一步发扬他的光荣传统，实事求是的为同学服务，并将与风华正茂的同学，团结协作，与时俱进，大胆改革，充分发挥我们我们班应有的作用，让它成为名副其实的团体。
最后，我真诚希望大家相信我，支持我，给我这次展示能力的机会。

其次，作为班级核心人物，一种责任落在我的肩上，我明白，我起好领头雁的作用，在方方面面，高标准严要求自己。
在思想品德学习生活等方面，处处率先以身作则，以不辜负老师同学希望，这是一种压力，更是一种动力。
我承认，我现在还有许多不足，但我渴望老师同学毫不保留给我批评指出，让我在这个熔炉里经受考验，我会努力去改，我不求自己十全十美，只求做到尽善尽美，有这个自信能力让大家飞得更高更远，让我们班走向辉煌。
其三，我认为要当班长必须具备一定能力，我对自己能力很肯定，请相信我这么说，不是自傲，是自信。
我相信我统领全局的能力，我的勇气才干。
我会带领我们班走出一条有特色的道路，创出一个有特色的3133班。
高举民主作风的旗帜，彻彻底底当一个平民班长，放手发动群众，鼓励大家参政，大胆提意见，我要采纳好的见解，并且还要保持班干进行性，调动班委成员和积极性，扬长避短，让我们的班级成为民主竞争勤奋向上的优秀班集体。
我渴望高中三年与大家同甘共苦，同进步齐欢笑，让我们的高中三年更精彩，请同学老师给我多一点机会、信任。
给我一个舞台，我愿间挑战自我，愿意为大家真心付出，愿意用心也愿意为大家搭建一个舞台，一个属于我们的舞台，容我们尽情奏出青春旋律，跳出青春旋舞。
