尊敬的老师，亲爱的同学：
大家好!
我是张志华。
这次，我要竞选的职务是我们组英语组长。
在竞选这个职务之前我一直担任我们四个人的小英语组长，虽然这个官职很小，但我却很热爱这个职务。
每天早晨，我都要检查他们的作业，有是，还要帮助老师批改同学们听写下的词语所填下的课外书。
如果有人没完成作业，我便叫他们立即补作业，直到补完所有作业。
在此之间，我还要随时检查他们的错误更正情况，还要替他们讲解每道题错误的原因。
如果我竞选英语组长成功的话，我一定会做好这个职务，让班上的同学受益。
如果同学们有什么疑问我都会认认真真地给他讲解，直到他能够独立做题。
因为我担任过四个人的英语组长，所以，我总结出了一套学习方案：在做作业之中，要把不懂的问题通过查找资料，询问家
长等手段弄明白，第二天才能为同学们详细的，多方面的解答同学们作业中出现的各种问题。
如果没有前一天的准备，就不能为同学们详细的解答，从而不能使组员及时改正错误，既耽误了他们的成绩，也是我工作中的失职。
每天收取作业时，我都会检查一遍同学们的作业，如果还有一些同学没有交上作业的话，我会督促他们交作业的。

多年来我也担任班主任工作，坚持面向全体学生，循循善诱，具有较强的组织能力。
在教研工作中我认真负责，兢兢业业，富有冲劲，具有锐意进取，与时俱进的时代精神。
在新课程改革大潮中，我作为一名年轻的党员，我应该，也有信心，自己能在英语教学第一线，与科组成员协作一致，创出本校“英语特色”品牌。
如今学年我积极参与我校“特色英语”课题研究，勇于承担各种教研任务和开展各项英语活动，均取得了较佳的效果。
我先后主动接受校领

各位领导、老师们：
大家上午好!
首先我感谢同事一直以来对我的信任和支持，同时给我这个机会来参加演讲。
我不会用漂亮的诗句来讴歌我的职业, 我也不会用深邃的思想来写就个人的价值。
因为我就是一名普普通通的英语教师。
今天我竞聘的岗位是英语学科组英语组长。
我之所以竞聘这个岗位，是因为我具有以下的几个优势：
一、我有一颗热爱教育事业的心：我明白教师的苦与累、平凡与无私。
我们有的只是生活的忙碌，肩头沉甸甸的责任。
我要用我的汗水，用我的智慧，用我这颗跳动的火热的心投入到学科管理中。
二、我有较为扎实的实践知识：自参加工作以来，我就在教导处帮忙，20xx年任广运中学教导主任，我始终不忘学习，勤钻研，善思考，多研究，重反思，敢挑战，不断地丰富自己、提高自己。
三、我有较强的工作能力：并在实践中也积累一些经验。
我深知英语学科在初一、初二和初三年级的不同特点，同时在实践中也悟出一些方法和策略。
也深知作为英语学科英语组长要“一切为了老师，为了老师的一切”这样的准则。
我踏实工作，关爱本学科组的每一位老师，看到老师们每天高高兴兴的进行教学，是我最大的乐趣。
四、具有奉献精神、大公无私，老师的利益高于一切：让老师们得到实惠是我的快乐，为了老师的专业发展着想，为老师们的利益而努力，提高本学科组的幸福指数和学科成绩。
如果我能够通过竞争上岗，我打算从以下几个方面改进自己的工作，提高本学科组的教学水平。
1、个人建设方面：加强个人修养，练好基本功。
加强自己的工作能力和工作艺术，顾全大局，维护学科组的良好形象，努力调动老师们主动发展，努力提高自己的业务能力。
2、快乐教育方面：以身作则，团结本学科组教师，以“规则、自由”为指导思想，创建和谐自由的氛围，在全组树立正气，独立有创意的开展学科组工作。
大家知道，学生很渴望老师
的夸奖和鼓励，教师更是如此，对成绩的认可是教师发展的不懈动力，物质奖励固然重要，精神认可更不可缺少。
3、教育教学方面：协助初一英语教师搞好搭桥课程建设，丰富音标教学内容，让学生打好英语学习基础。
帮助初二英语教师做好一个课题，那就是学生两极分化问题，注重初三学生英语学习的均衡发展，让每一个学生都不掉队。
4、及时与本组教师交流沟通，发现需求和问题及时解决。
