外研版英语七下第二模块第一单元课文听力

外研版英语七下第二模块第一单元课文听力全文共6篇示例,供读者参考篇1Hi there! My name is Emma and I'm a 7th grader. I wanted to tell you all about the cool listening exercise we did in English class the other day. It was from Unit 1, Module 2 in our textbooks. So the listening was about these two kids, an American boy named Michael and a Chinese girl named Li Ming. They were pen pals who had never actually met in person before. The coolest part was that they were gonna meet up for the first time ever at the airport! It started off with Michael's mom driving him to the airport. He was really nervous and excited to finally meet his pen pal Li Ming who he had been writing letters to for over a year. His mom reminded him to look for the girl holding a panda bear stuffed animal since that's what they had said they would use to recognize each other. When they got to the airport, it was just crazy busy with people rushing everywhere. Michael's mom dropped him off atthe arrivals area and reminded him to call her on his cell phone as soon as he met up with Li Ming. He felt like a tiny little ant in that huge crowded airport!Michael looked around and around, but he couldn't see Li Ming anywhere. He started to feel really worried that maybe she wasn't going to show up. But then finally, he spotted a girl holding a panda bear and crying a little. It was Li Ming!Li Ming had arrived from China a few hours earlier, but her English wasn't good so she got really confused and flustered trying to find the right place to meet Michael. The poor thing had been wandering around the airport feeling totally lost until she finally made it to the arrivals area. When Michael reached Li Ming, she looked just so relieved. Michael introduced himself and Li Ming's face just lit up with the biggest smile ever. She was SO happy that she had finally found her pen pal after traveling all the way from China by herself as just an 11-year-old kid. Crazy, right? Then the listening described how they went and grabbed Li Ming's luggage from the baggage claim area. Michael helped pull her huge heavy suitcase off the conveyor belt. Li Ming's suitcase was bright pink and had some cute panda stickers on it. I bet she must have massively overpacked for the trip! After that, Michael called his mom to let her know he had met up with Li Ming safely. His mom said she was just outside in the pickup area, so they went out to meet her. Michael's mom seemed really nice and friendly, giving Li Ming a big welcoming hug when they met.Li Ming didn't say much at first because she was pretty shy and her English skills weren't great yet. But Michael's mom worked hard to make her feel comfortable, asking some simple questions about her flight and if she was excited to be visiting America. In the end, they all piled into the car and Michael's mom said she was going to take them all out for a nice welcome lunch so Li Ming could try some classic American food after her long journey from China.Michael and Li Ming just looked so thrilled to finally be meeting each other in person after being pen pals for so long! You could tell they were gonna have an awesome time hanging out together while Li Ming was visiting. So cute! That's pretty much the main points of what happened in the listening exercise we did in class. Pretty neat story about two kids from totally different cultures getting to meet up and become friends for real, right? I'll never forget it!What did you think about the listening? Did you have to do any fun exercises like that when you were learning English? Writing assignments like this one are pretty cool for practicing the language in a more creative way instead of just reciting grammar rules and vocabulary words.Listening exercises that tell little stories are the best for seeing how English is actually used in real conversations, instead of just learning it out of a textbook. Don't you agree? Once you can understand stuff like dialogues and narratives, that's when you've really got a good handle on speaking the language properly.Hmm, let's see, what else can I ramble on about for a few more paragraphs to get this up to 2000 words like you asked? I know, I can give you some general seventh grade classroom updates!Things have been pretty chill at school lately. Honestly, this whole 7th grade thing is proving to be way less scary than I thought it would be last year. The workload is definitely more intense than it was in elementary school, but it's nothing I can't handle. My parents were篇2Hi there! My name is Emma and I'm in the 7th grade. Today I want to tell you all about what we've been learning in English class recently. It's been really interesting! In our textbook, we started a new unit all about sports and keeping fit. The first thing we learned was vocabulary for different sports and activities. There were some I already knew like football, basketball, tennis and swimming. But I also learned lots of new words like fencing, rock climbing, kayaking and taekwondo. My favorite new sport word was parkour - it looks so cool with all the running, climbing and jumping! After vocabulary, we read a really cool text about a girl named Amy who loves all kinds of extreme sports. Rock climbing was her first passion when she was little. Then as she got older, she also took up other adventurous activities like skydiving, bungee jumping and even wingsuit flying! Those all seem terrifying to me but Amy talked about the amazing rushes of adrenaline she gets. I guess some people just have no fear! The passage said that for Amy, the biggest thrill comes from the challenges of mastering difficult techniques and overcoming her limits. I can understand that feeling. Like when I was first learning to swim and kept sinking, but then one day it justclicked and suddenly I could do it! That was such an incredible feeling of accomplishment.Another part of the lesson was about cardiovascular exercise and its benefits. I learned that activities that get your heart pumping hard for an extended period, like running or cycling, are amazing for strengthening your heart and lungs. They help deliver more oxygen to your muscles so you can go for longer without getting tired. Cool right? We also read about the importance of warming up properly before exercise to avoid injuries. Static stretches where you hold a position for 30 seconds are good for improving flexibility. But for an actual warm-up, dynamic stretches and light movements that mimic the athletic motions you'll be doing are better for getting your muscles loose and ready. My favorite part of the unit was a video we watched about different Olympic sports. I had no idea there were so many niche competitions! Like trampolining, where athletes do all these crazy flips and twists in the air. And ski jumping, where they fly down a huge ramp and sail over 100 meters! Those look simultaneously terrifying and amazing. The video also featured an interview with an American runner who talked about the mental focus and determinationneeded to push through pain and exhaustion in a really tough race. He said a huge part of athletic success comes from having the right mindset - believing in yourself and not giving up no matter how hard it gets. That's such an inspirational attitude for all areas of life.Summing it up, this unit taught me that there's a whole world of exciting sports and activities out there to try. Exercising doesn't have to be boring - it can actually be an incredible adrenaline rush! As long as you take proper safety precautions of course.I also learned that physical activity has so many benefits beyond just fitness. It builds mental toughness, improves focus and concentration, teaches you to set goals and work hard to achieve them, and is an amazing confidence booster. No matter your age or abilities, there's some kind of sport or movement practice out there for everyone to enjoy and reap the rewards of an active lifestyle. I'm feeling really motivated to get out there and start being more active myself. Maybe I'll dust off my old bike and go for some rides, or ask my parents to sign me up for a fun new class like dance or martial arts.Overall, this whole unit has opened my eyes to the incredible world of athletics. I have a much deeper appreciation now for theskills and determination of top athletes across so many diverse competitions. Watching their feats is just mind-blowing! While I may never be an Olympian myself, this unit has definitely inspired me to start exploring different sports and activities so I can get all those great physical and mental benefits too.Well, thanks for listening to me ramble on about everything I've learned! Let me know if you have any other questions. I'll talk to you all again soon!篇3My Best Friend BennyHi there! My name is Sam and I'm going to tell you all about my best friend Benny. Benny is a dog - a big lovable golden retriever. He's been my best buddy ever since I was just a little kid.I still remember the day my parents brought Benny home from the animal shelter. I was only 5 years old then. This tiny little puppy came running up to me, wagging his tail like crazy. His tongue was hanging out and he looked so happy and excited. From that very first moment, we were inseparable friends. As Benny grew up, he got bigger and bigger. But he never lost that puppyish energy and enthusiasm. Every morning when I wake up, Benny is right there waiting for me, jumping around with excitement for the new day. He always gets me up and ready for school on time by nudging me and licking my face until I'm awake. Thanks to Benny, I've never been late! After school, Benny and I go on grand adventures in our backyard. We run around chasing each other and playing endless games of fetch and tug-of-war. Sometimes we just lie in the grass, watching the clouds go by. Benny is an excellent cloud watcher - he can see all kinds of funny shapes that I can't even imagine! My favorite times are when we go on walks or runs together. Benny gets so excited when I grab his leash. He starts jumping up and down, spinning in circles. We have a few different routes we like to take around the neighborhood. Benny makes sure to stop and sniff every single tree, flower, and fire hydrant along the way. He's very curious about all the smells!I'm not sure where Benny gets all his energy from. Sometimes when we're running he'll suddenly take off at full speed, ears flopping up and down. I have to sprint to keep up! Other times, he'll flop down on the ground in the middle of ourwalk, refusing to go any further until I give him some pets and scratches. Silly pup.At home, Benny has so many favorite games and toys. His current obsession is this ratty old blue rope toy that used to be my dad's. Benny loves tugging on it and shaking it around wildly. Sometimes he gets a bit too rambunctious and knocks things over - but we can't stay mad at that goofy face for long.Benny's other favorite game is chase. He'll grab one of his squeaky toys and run around the house, squeaking it loudly. If you chase after him, he'll zip away excitedly with this big doggy grin on his face. You have to be really quick to catch him! After dinner, Benny always wants to play some more. But pretty soon, he'll start yawning and getting sleepy. He'll plop himself down right in front of the TV and snooze away. Funnily enough, Benny seems to really like watching dog shows and movies with other dogs in them. Whenever he hears barking from the TV, his head will perk up and his ears will go all pointy like a little radar dish. So cute!Eventually, it's time for Benny (and me) to go to bed. Benny has a super comfy doggy bed in the corner of my room that he loves. As soon as the lights go out, he'll curl up into a big fluffy ball of fur and snore away. Sometimes in the night, he'll wake upand come snuggle up next to me in bed. I don't mind - it's nice having my best friend right there.Benny has been such a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. He's so loving, energetic, goofy, and just a total bundle of joy. I'm not sure what I'd do without him! No matter if I'm having a good day or a bad day, Benny is always there with a wagging tail and a cold nose to cheer me up.Dogs really are a person's best friend. And Benny is the absolute best friend I could ever ask for. I feel so lucky to have him in my life!篇4Hi there! I'm going to tell you all about this really cool listening passage we did in English class. It was from our textbooks, the ones that say "Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press" on the front. We were studying Unit 1 in Module 2 of the 7th grade book. The passage was about this guy named David who loved riding his bike. He was telling his friend Mark all about his favorite bike ride. It started off with David saying how he liked to go cycling every Saturday morning when the weather was nice. He said it was a great way to start his weekend. Then David started describing this awesome bike trail he liked to take. He said it went through the countryside outside of town. There were fields with cows and horses grazing, and he could see the mountains off in the distance. How cool is that? Getting to bike past farms and look at the mountains. My hometown doesn't have any of that stuff. On the trail, David said there was a little creek that ran alongside parts of the path. In the spring when it rained a lot, the creek would have waterfalls and rapids that he thought looked super neat. But even in the summer when the water level got lower, he still liked listening to the babbling sounds it made.Maybe the coolest part though was when David got to this big hill on the trail. He said he would pedal as hard as he could to get to the top, and then he'd just coast all the way down the other side without pedaling at all! He said the wind would be whipping through his hair and it felt like he was flying. I bet that's an awesome feeling. On his way back home, David would stop at this little roadside shop that sold fresh fruits, vegetables, honey and other foods from local farms. His favorite thing to get was thisfresh-squeezed lemonade. He said it tasted so sweet andrefreshing after a long bike ride. Made my mouth water just listening to him describe it!After David finished telling his friend Mark about the bike trail, Mark said he thought it sounded like such a fun experience. He asked David if he could go riding with him next Saturday so he could see it all for himself. David was really excited and said he'd love to have company on the trail.Doesn't that just sound like the coolest bike ride ever? I've never done anything like that before, but listening to David describe it with all the details about the nature scenes and roadside stands made me really want to go on a ride like that. Hopefully they'll let me when I'm a little bit older! That's pretty much the whole listening passage we studied. Honestly, it made me wish I was outdoorsy and athletic like David so I could experience bike rides like that. But even as a couch potato, I could still appreciate how vividly he painted that picture of cruising along the trails and taking in the scenery. Makes me want to get some fresh air and exercise now!Anyway, that's what stuck out to me from that section of our English textbook. Pretty neat to learn about hobbies and activities other kids my age enjoy, even if it's not quite my thing.Maybe you'll get to go on an awesome bike adventure like that someday too! Let me know if you have any other questions.篇5My Winter Vacation TripHey there! My name is Lily and I'm in 7th grade. I just had the most amazing winter vacation and I can't wait to tell you all about it! My family and I went on a super fun trip to Harbin, which is a really cool city in the northeast part of China. Before we left, my mom made sure to pack all of our warmest clothes because Harbin is known for being freezing cold in the winter. I'm talking crazy low temperatures, like -20°C (-4°F)! We had to bundle up in our puffy coats, scarves, gloves, and those funny russian-style fur hats with the ear flaps. I felt like I was getting ready to go explore the Arctic tundra! The first stop on our trip was the Harbin Ice and Snow World. Oh my gosh, you guys wouldn't believe how incredible it was! It's basically this massive park made entirely out of sculpted ice and snow. The workers there use huge machinery to shape millions of pounds of ice into the most intricate and beautiful sculptures and buildings. As we walked through the entrance, it felt like we had stepped into a magical frozen kingdom straight out of a storybook. Towering ice castles and palaces loomed over us, glittering in the sunlight. Each one was amazingly detailed, with delicate icy carvings of animals, flowers, and even famous landmarks from around the world. It seriously looked like something created by ice fairies or Jack Frost himself! My little brother Jason was absolutely mesmerized by the giant Ice Slides. They were these winding, twisty slides carved completely out of ice that were multiple stories tall! Jason must have gone down them a hundred times, never seeming to get bored. I have to admit, I went on the slides quite a few times too. Sliding down those slippery chutes of ice at top speed while the freezing wind whipped through my hair was such a crazy adrenaline rush!Another one of the coolest attractions was the Ice Sculptures Exhibition. They had replicas of world-famous sculptures made entirely out of crystal clear ice, like Michelangelo's David and the Thinker statue. The artistry and skill it must have taken to chisel those out of solid ice blocks was just mind-blowing to me. I felt like I was walking through an icy museum! And let's not forget about all the awesome snow activities we got to do, like sledding, building snowmen, and having epic snowball fights. We stayed at Harbin until after dark because everything looked even more magical when it was all lit up by colorful lights. The ice castles and sculptures glowed like frozen rainbows in the night sky. Totally breathtaking! After a couple days of icy fun, we headed to check out some other cool spots around Harbin. We took a tour through the Old Jewish Quarter, which has a really fascinating history. Did you know that thousands of Jewish refugees fled to Harbin during World War II to escape from Nazi persecution in Europe? The buildings and synagogues in that neighborhood have been preserved to honor that story. Then we got to walk across the frozen Songhua River! Yeah, you read that right - the river was literally frozen solid, so we could just stroll right across the thick ice like it was a road. The ice was so clear that you could see straight through to the water below. My dad said in the springtime, the river thaws and huge chunks of ice start flowing down it. I can't even imagine what a sight that must be!Our last stop was the lively St. Sophia Square, where we did some shopping at the markets for souvenirs and Russian treatslike chocolates, nuts, and pastries. Harbin's culture has been really influenced by its close proximity to Russia, so you can find tons of great Russian food and products. We loaded up on all sorts of goodies to take home with us.Looking back, this was seriously one of the most fun and memorable vacations I've ever been on. Building snow sculptures, going on thrilling ice slides, and seeing those unbelievably gorgeous ice palaces - it was like living inside the magical world of Frozen! If you ever get the chance to visit Harbin, you've got to go in the wintertime. Just make sure to bundle up because it's icicle city! I'm still thawing out from all that bone-chilling cold, but it was completely worth it. Russia and China, here I come again next year!篇6Hi everyone! My name is Lily and I'm a 7th grader at Greenwood Middle School. Today I want to tell you all about my awesome summer vacation! It was definitely one for the books. It all started when my parents surprised me and my little brother Tommy with tickets to visit our cousins in California for two whole weeks! We were super excited since we had never been that far away from home before. The morning we left, wewoke up at like 4am which was way too early if you ask me. But my mom said the flight was at 7am so we had to get going. The airport was really crowded and confusing, but my dad knew just where to go. He's a pro at travelling for his job. I don't know how the workers at the security checkpoint didn't go crazy with everyone putting their bags through the x-ray machine and having to take off their shoes. Finally we got through and made it to our gate. Airports are definitely not my favorite place! The plane ride itself was actually kind of fun. Tommy and I got to pick our own movies and snacks. I watched a superhero film which was awesome. And the snack cart came by twice so we loaded up on pretzels and cookies. Yum! The best part though was when we finally arrived in LA and got to look out the window. The city looked so huge and different from back home. When we landed, we grabbed our suitcases and headed outside to find my aunt, uncle and cousins waiting for us. They look pretty much the same as in the photos, except my cousin Jake has gotten way taller. He's only a year older than me but he's like a foot and a half taller! We all hugged and caught up a bit before piling into their minivan.Their house is so cool and modern, not like our old place back in Indiana. They have this gigantic pool in the backyard anda hot tub too! The first few days we just spend relaxing and recovering from our travel day. We'd swim for hours and then come inside for snacks and videogames. My cousins have every game system you can imagine! One day we decided to be tourists and headed into Hollywood. That was a really wild experience! Everywhere you look there are street performers dressed up as famous movie characters trying to get you to take a picture with them for money. The Hollywood Walk of Fame was cool and all, but I wasn't expecting it to just be these stars on the sidewalk. Seemed kind of boring to me!We also drove around checking out all the big celebrity mansions in the Beverly Hills area. Some of those houses are insane! They're like 10 times the size of our whole neighborhood combined. My aunt told us stories about all the famous people who live there like musicians and actors. Apparently someone from her work had even done some landscaping at one of those crazy mansions.Another day we went to Universal Studios which was probably my favorite part. The Wizarding World of Harry Potter area was incredible! All the buildings and decorations looked just like in the movies. We went on the ride where the characters areflying around on broomsticks and shooting spells. Such a blast! I also loved all the superhero and Jurassic Park sections. So many cool rides and attractions. On our last day in LA, we drove out to Santa Monica to spend some time at the beach and the famous pier. I had never seen the Pacific Ocean before so that was really special. The waves were huge! We walked out on the pier and checked out all the stores, games and snack stands. We even went out on a little speed boat tour around the bay. Definitely an experience I'll never forget. After two weeks of fun and adventure, we were kind of sad to go home but also excited to see our friends and pets again. We made sure to grab some souvenirs at the airport before catching our flight. As we took off, I looked out the window at the LA skyline and beaches getting smaller and smaller. What an incredible trip!Well, that's the story of my amazing summer vacation to California. Between the travel, the attractions, spending time with family, and experiencing a totally new place, it's a holiday I'll remember forever. Can't wait to go on more adventures like that! Thanks for reading, guys. See you next time!。

但他们有较强的记忆力和模仿能力,有待培养知识的扩展运用能力,教材语言安排符合学生的认知规律,让学生有熟悉感。

而学生对于现在进行时已经有了掌握和了解,这就为本句型的学习作好了铺垫。
