【摘要】新课程“积极提倡自主的学习方式”。
自主学习,就是使每一个学生都成为学习的主人。
教师通过培养学生自主学习的兴趣,营造宽松民主的求学氛围,让学生通过自己的思考质疑、合作学习、探索实践等活动去获取知识,最终形成自主学习语文的能力 ,养成自主学习语文的习惯。

什么是学生的自主学习呢?所谓“自主学习”,就是使每一个学生都成为学习的主人。
学生在教师指导下,能通过自己的思考、探索、实践等活动去获取知识,并在主动探素的过程中,体验到学习语文的乐趣和成功的喜悦,逐步找到适合自己学习语文的方式,最终
把学习语文变为自觉自愿从事的活动,形成自主学习语文的能力 ,养成自主学习语文的习惯,为学生的终身学习和今后的发展打下
基础。
那么,在我们的语文教学中,应该如何培养学生的语文自主学习能力呢?我认为,必须重视做好以下几个方面:
1培养兴趣,激发动机
《基础教育课程改革和发展纲要》指出:“改变课程实施过于强调接受学习、死记硬背、训练的现状,倡导学生主动参与、乐于探究、勤于动手,培养学生收集和处理信息的能力、获取知识的能力、
分析和解决问题的能力以及交流合作的能力”。
具体就是如何构建自主、合作、探究等为特征的现代学习方式,语文教学如何实现这个要求,首要问题是培养学生学习语文的兴趣。
兴趣是最好的老师。
学生只要对学习的内容具有浓厚兴趣 ,他的自学欲望便会在心中燃烧,就能全身心投入到学习中去。
为此,教师应想方设法来激发学生的自学兴趣 ,促使学生快乐地完成自主学习。
激趣的方法和手段多种多样。
我们可以向学生介绍我们这个时代的特点及时代对自主学习的要求,让学生知道自主学习是时代的呼唤,是人一生都必须具备的能力,以此来激励学生树立自学成才的远大志向;我们可以向学生多介绍一些历史人物自学成才的典型事例,使学生从这些历史名人的经历中受到启迪,激发自主学习的自觉性;我们可以开展丰富的多彩的活动,让学生在活动中自主学习,在活动中充分展现自己的才华,激发自主学习的主动性;我们还可以充分利用各种现代化教学手段来吸引学生……当学生在自学中遇到困难,教师应及时主动地去了解他们的困难,积极发挥主导作用,适时适当提供策略方法,予以指导点拔,帮助他们闯过难关,获得成功。
这样,学有成效,学生的自学兴趣才会长久保持下去。
2营造平等、宽松、和谐的自主学习氛围
我国长期流传下来的“师道尊严”的传统,教师总有那么一点“架子”,学生对老师也有“畏惧感”,不愿亲近老师,不愿对老师敞开心扉,使师生之间形成一道无形的隔阂,学生与教师始终处于一种
不平等的位置。
很多的时候,学生认为老师说的就是对的,长此以往就会使学生产生一种依赖的心理,懒于思考,盲目附和。
例如:学习了《小橘灯》一文以后,引导学生把小橘灯与小姑娘联系起来考虑,把看似矛盾、简单的句子中的深刻的含义通过引导提问:小橘灯难道就是一个简单的灯具?其实是小姑娘的象征,引伸为她身上的镇定、勇敢、乐观的人格力量。
“小橘灯的光”的深刻含义是什么?即是冲破国民党反动派制造的“黎明前的黑暗”。
小姑娘的人格力量给你什么启示?可以激起人们对光明未来的追求……这种抽丝拨茧式的引导思考探讨,不仅能培养了学生的思维能力,也激发了他们寻根问底的探求快乐,学习就成了内心的主动要求。
3鼓励质疑,培养自主学习的习惯
爱因斯坦说:“提出一个问题比解决一个问题更重要。
”教师不仅要于善于提问,还要教会学生提问,鼓励他们大胆质疑,有所疑,才有所思有所得,善问的学生往往思路敏捷,思考问题深刻,在阅读中处于主动地位。
开始学生提出的问题可能比较简单,这时要耐心引导学生深入到课文之中去,如有学生提出独到有新意的问题,教师要给予充分肯定和鼓励,并对学生的提问进行筛选,组织讨论,这样多方交流,相互启发,将大大锻炼学生思辩能力和口头表达能力。
4倡导合作,学会探究
探究问题,并非是大学生、研究生有的专利,中小学生也可以进行一定的探究。
中小学生探究的课题和内容应循序渐进,从小处入
手,开始可定得小一点、浅一点,待有一定基础再逐渐加大加深。
我们目前的课堂主要是师生之间的双边活动,受传统教育的影响,我们往往把教师与学生之间的关系视为教学中的惟一关系,实际上,教学不仅仅是教师与学生之间的双边互动的过程,还涉及师生之间、学生之间的多种互动过程。
新课程里倡导“合作的学习方式”真谛就在于改变学生被动学习的局面,唤醒学生的自我意识,培养他们的自主学习能力。
在确定探究专题的时候,要从学生的知识水平和生活实际出发,找一些适合他们的课题,鼓励他们去作尝试;也可让学生充分表达自己的意见,自己来确定课题,教师只作引导。
如围绕童话确定的课题“安徒生童话中的人物”“中外童话比较”等,还有学生喜欢的民间故事、科幻小说等方面的课题。
总之,只要是学生有兴趣的问题都可以作为研究的专题,目的是要让学生根据课题,自己去搜集资料,分析材料,提出自己的见解,进而掌握基本的探究学习的方法,培养学生使用所学知识解决实际问题的能力和独立思考、自主学习的能力,学生的学习能力也将会得到长足的进步。
在小组合作活动中,小组成员之间可以相互交流,相互启发,彼此争论,互教互学,在小组中,每个人有大量机会发表自己的观点与看法,倾听他人的意见,使学生有机会形成良好的人际关系,学得也会更愉快。
同时教师巡视于小组之间,了解情况,适当指导,帮助学生理顺思路,排除障碍,通过集体交流,达到拓宽思路,加深理解,形成共识,共同提高的目的。
总之,语文课堂教学是学生自主学习的阵地,培养学生的自主学习的能力,是令学生终身受益的一项工程,教师要让学生在语文课
堂上享受到学习语文的乐趣,自主地去喜爱语文,在生活中运用语
文思维,让他们在广阔无垠的知识空间自由翱翔,这是我们语文教
师的重任所在。
