中午放学回到家,刚一进门,就听奶奶说今天中午要包饺子
吃,我高兴得一蹦三尺高,因为饺子是我的“最爱”。
我一抬头,看见桌上有奶奶调好的荠菜肉馅,还有那一张张
圆圆的饺皮,脑海中不由得浮现出热气腾腾的饺子那诱人的模样,
我忍不住使劲地咽了咽口水。再看时,它们静静地躺在那里,仿
佛等着我亲手去把它包起来。我灵机一动:对,学包饺子,给妈
妈一个惊喜!
说干就干,我先用洗手液仔细地把手洗干净,然后学着奶奶
的样子摊开手掌,将饺皮平铺在上面,挖了一团馅轻轻地放在饺
皮中间,再用手沾点水涂在饺皮的边缘,接着我仔细地将包有荠
菜肉馅的饺皮对折。这时,荠菜肉馅不断往外溢,我掐紧了这头,
另一头又顽皮地探出“脑袋”,搞得我顾此失彼,手忙脚乱,不知
如何是好。
