(五)语态转换
语态转换译法是指主动语态和被动语态的 互译，即把英语的主动语态翻译成汉语的 被动语态或把英语的被动语态翻译成汉语 的主动语态；反之亦然。
eg: The new regulation is working well. 新规定执行得很顺利。
She worked her way to the front.
她好不容易才挤到前面。
(三)增减词
英汉互译时增加必要的词语，省略不必要 的词语，这就是增减词语的技巧。
英译汉过程中必须遵循一项原则：忠于原文。译 者不能对原作者的意思任意更改，增加或减少内容 。但这并不意味着译文的字数不能有任何增减， 因为没有两种语言完全对等。译者常需从全局考 虑，进行必要的文字调整，使其符合汉语的表达 方式。在不影响原句意思表达的情况下，可按照 意境、修辞或句法的具体需要，增加或减少词语 ，使句子自然、流利、通畅。
(四）正说反译或反说正译
在英汉互译过程中，由于两种语言表达习 惯不同，往往需要把英语中的正说译成汉 语中的反说，把英语中的反说译成汉语中 的正说，或反之.这样才能确切表达愿意并 符合语言的规范.这种把正说处理为反说， 或把反说处理为正说的译法，叫正反、反 正表达法.

(六)从句的翻译
英语从句，汉语多短句。基于这点，翻译 时我们很难把英语的句子结构照搬下来译 成汉语，而应该根据需要对从句进行相应 的处理，使译文更符合汉语表达习惯。首 先分析句子结构，弄清主从句间的关系， 抓住句子的主干，再根据上下文弄清句意 的层次和逻辑关系；最后用恰当的汉语准 确表达出句意。

(一)词性转换
词性转换是指翻译时不能一味拘泥于某些 词汇在原文的词性，必要时应采取词性转 换的方法， 这样翻译出来的句子才能流畅 ，表意确切。 虽然英汉的词性大多能重合，可直接转换 ，但在英语句子中可充当某个成分的词性 相对较少.例如，英语中充当主语的只有名 词、代词或者相当于名词的动名词和不定 式，充当谓语的只有动词；而在汉语句子 中，名词、动词、形容词都可以做主语、

(二)词义引申
引申就是在翻译时将词义加以深化，产生新 义，以确切表达原文含义.
英语单词在不同的场合和搭配中，词义有 时差别很大。如果把某些英语单词或词组 按词典上的意义直译过来，就会使译文晦 涩生硬，不易理解，甚至还可能引起误解 。因此在翻译时，要在弄清原文意思的基 础上，根据上下文和逻辑关系，并且按照 汉语习惯选择适当词义加以引申。
