1）注意人称，应该用第一人称的形式给房东（第二人称）写便条；
2）注意时态的正确使用：从试题的内容上可以看出在表达要点1和2时应用将来时；而要点3中的几个方面则需要注意时态的替换，会用到一般过去时，现在时和将来时，所以考生不能只顾句意而忽略时态的`正确使用，可能这是许多考生在这次考试中丢分的主要原因。

3、词数少于80和多于120的，从总分中减去2分。

4、评分时应注意的主要内容为：内容要点、应用词汇和语法结构
的数量和准确性及上下文的连贯性。

5、拼写与标点符号是语言准确性的一个方面。

评分时应视其对交际的影响程度予以考虑。
