化工进展Chemical Industry and Engineering Progress2024 年第 43 卷第 2 期低强度超声波对高负荷厌氧氨氧化EGSB 反应器运行性能的影响杨杰源1,朱易春1,赖雅芬1,张超1,田帅2,谢颖1(1 江西理工大学赣州市流域污染模拟与控制重点实验室,江西 赣州 341000;2 江西理工大学资源与环境工程学院,江西 赣州 341000)摘要:研究了低强度超声波对厌氧氨氧化EGSB 反应器处理无机高氨氮废水的影响,考察了超声波处理对反应器脱氮性能、厌氧氨氧化颗粒污泥特征、胞外聚合物以及微生物菌群的变化情况。

结果表明,低强度超声波可提高厌氧氨氧化反应器脱氮效能,在进水氮负荷为6.03kg N/(m³·d)时,总氮去除率提高了11.40%,抵抗氮负荷冲击能力也得到了增强。

周期性超声波辐照后,颗粒污泥粒径维持在1.0~1.5mm ,有利于改善传质效率,提升厌氧氨氧化颗粒污泥活性和减少颗粒漂浮。

污泥EPS 总量有显著增加,其中紧密结合型胞外聚合物(TB-EPS )增加较为明显,有助于维持颗粒污泥的结构稳定性。

污泥表面官能团种类不变,但羟基、羧基、氨基等基团有所增多。

颗粒污泥的比厌氧氨氧化活性提高了33.2%,通过简化的Gompertz 方程模型发现超声组的厌氧氨氧化菌生长速率(0.0127d -1)高于对照组(0.0107d -1)。

高通量测序显示,超声波促进了厌氧氨氧化菌及其共生菌,其中Candidatus Brocadia 提升了22.03%。

同时严重抑制了部分反硝化细菌,使厌氧氨氧化菌的底物和生存空间更加充足。

由塑料件组成的零件在非辐射性的干燥箱内的热反应1985年2月D451234号试验前言本文件是依据雷诺第1234号试验而作出的技术记录,两者具有一致性。

事先未经取得雷诺的同意,对本文件不得有任何修改。

同时本文件也符合雷诺公司标准化部门和标致股份公司标准化部门在1983年3月达成的协议内容。

1.应用领域和目的本试验的目的在于评估热塑塑料零件在持续的干热气候条件下的干缩、变形和外观的变化等反应。

本试验只应作为模压应力控制试验进行。

本试验适用于车辆上安装的所有的塑料材质的零件,比如边板、方向盘、汽车散热器护栅、汽车灯、车门把手,等等。

2、原则本试验方法在于把待检验的零件放在一个事先设定好温度的通风箱内,放置一个确定的时间。

试验温度和试验时间长短由有关文件规定。

3、试验设备3.1:一个带有通过挤压式通风装置的箱子:目的在于在所有可用的空间内获得充分均匀的温度,并在试验期间保持规定的温度不变。

试验箱也应该带有调节装置,以保证在试验期间的温度与规定的温度只在±2℃范围内浮动,并与零件的另一个末端仅在±1℃范围内波动。

试验箱的内部尺寸应保证接受试验的零件在任何情况下都不会碰到试验箱的垂直壁板或者底板,并且也不应该影响到空气的流通循环。

3.2:置于试验箱中间高度的栅栏, 以避免试验零件和试验箱底板的接触。

3.3:带有刻度按照0.5℃逐渐递增的温度计,放在装有凡士林油的锥形烧瓶中,或者放置在与温度记录装置连接的热电偶上。

3.4:与在车辆上固定最接近的条件下的、待试验零件的装备3.5:必要的在待试验零件上做可视标记的材料。

3.6:合适的测量工具:卷尺、划针盘、游标卡尺、圆规以及其他工具。

4、操作方法- 把待试验的零件在文件规定的条件下,或者在无规定的情况下按照公认的标准与其装 备固定(固定螺丝的拧紧力矩为特殊个案)- 在待试验零件的主方向上(比如长和宽方向上)按给定的长度,借助合适的工具按0.1% 的测量尺度划标记,零件应事先在调好的23℃±2℃的温度下至少放2个小时。
