其教学内容与学生的实际生活相关，可以利用学生的想象，引导学生运用简单的英语来描述过去的生活和事物。
在学习活动中，学生通过对过去发生的事情的描述，促进学生对美好未来的憧憬。
教学思路: 本单元是七年级（下）第十二单元，其主题是围绕“学习询问和谈论过去发生的事情”这一话题，帮助学生学习语法项目——一般过去时。
再通过听、说、读、写等训练，让学生熟练掌握语言知识和技能，对学生过去时态的运用能力进行综合的训练，让学生通过活动对自己遣词造句能力及语言综合能力进行自我评价。
Section A 部分的活动设计侧重本单元基本的语法与目标语的学习和操练。
而1a-2d 是本单元的第2 课时，通过本部分的语言学习，学生将要掌握did 的用法及一般过去时的表达方法。
