三、学情分析初一年级的学生英语基础都相对薄弱，缺乏基本的听、说、读、写技能。
而且由于生性好动的特点，学生的注意力容易分散。
特别是上课班级的学生，大部分学生基础比较差，有的学生在小学阶段都没有学过英语，所以在教学内容的选择以及教学活动的设计上都需要适度进行。
但是学生们学习的积极性比较高，乐于展现自己，所以在设计课堂教学活动时根据学生情况，采用灵活多样的教学方法来吸引学生的注意，课堂上尽量以鼓励表扬为主，鼓励学生开口说英语、特别要给与基础差的学生更多的学习机会，让他们尝试到成功的喜悦。
