我们多次召开会议，引导教职工认真学习领会上级关于建设节约型社会、厉行节约反对浪费的有关精神，从贯彻落实科学发展观的高度，充分认识建设节约型社会和节约型机关的重要意义，强化节约意识，建设节约文化，倡导节约文明，努力形成节约光荣、浪费可耻的良好风尚。
我们从源头抓起，从我做起，从现在做起，从点滴做起，自觉节约一度电、一滴水、一粒粮、一张纸，确保节约型学校建设取得实效，为建设节约型社会做出贡献。
我们做到合理编制财务预算，坚持所有科目开支严格按预算控制，严格控制各类开支，健全完善了由下至上审批、由上至下落实的财务经办流程；所有水电设施、电器做到即走即关，杜绝长流水、长明灯现象，每天不定期巡查，发现问题及时处理；在设备更新时，重视考虑淘汰耗能高的设备，努力更换使用节能科技新产品；努力向无纸化办公靠拢，提倡双面用纸，减少纸张消耗；严格实行办公用品采购和领用审批、登记制度；严格执行报销审批制度，深入开展“文明餐桌行动”，每天统计学生、教师就餐人数，按人数准备，引导师生节俭用餐，把“光盘行动”落到实处。
