图1-2 变频器RS485接口与上位机通讯配线图2 面板操作与运行参数说明2.1 控制面板操作2.1.1 面板按键说明变频器的初始化设置是在面板上完成的,需要设定变频器的运行模式、频率输入通道选择以及运行命令输入通道等等参数。

图2-1-1 变频器操作面板变频器面板布局如图2-1-1所示。

操作面板可以对变频器进行运转、功能参数设定、状态监控等操作。

其中,LED数码显示当前功能参数状态,LCD液晶显示对该参数状态加以注释、说明。

控制面板指示灯、按钮名称及功能说明如图2-1-2所示(图片拍摄于变频器使用手册[纸质]第39页)。

图2-1-2 面板功能说明2.1.2 按键操作说明变频器线路配置正确后上电,此时变频器为状态监控模式。

按MODE键后进入监控参数查询模式(如显示d-0),此时可以通过按上下键选择监控参数,参数选择完毕后按MODE键进入基本运行参数设定界面(此时不要按ENTER键,因按ENTER键后返回状态监控界面)。

通过按上下键选择需要设置的基本运行参数,再按ENTER键进入参数修改界面,通过上下键设定参数值,若数值较大可以通过SHIFT 键直接修改十位、百位或更高位的数值,参数修改完成后按ENTER 键保存修改参数。

TCP/IP(传输控制协议/网间协议)是一种网络通信协议,它规范了网络上的所有通信设备,尤其是一个主机与另一个主机之间的数据往来格式以及传送方式。

TCP/IP是INTERNET的基础协议,也是一种电脑数据打包和寻址的标准方法。

对普通用户来说,并不需要了解网络协议的整个结构,仅需了解IP的地址格式,即可与世界各地进行网络通信
1.3.1.1.——IP地址分类
我们用到的广播地址:
TCP/IP协议要求:每个网络节点一般需要一个“IP地址”、一个“子网掩码”、一个“默认网关”。
IP的分配方式:固定、动态
局域网中,有两个IP地址比较特殊,一个是网络号,一个是广播地址。例如在这样的网段中:
网络号是网段中的第一个地址,用于三层寻址的地址,它代表了整个网络本身
