xcorr(cross-correlation)则是计算两个时间序列之间的相关性的一种方法。

Caffe

python
import numpy as np
import matplotlib.pyplot as plt
# 参数设置
mu = 0 # 均值
sigma = 1 # 标准差
num_samples = 10000 # 样本数量
# 生成瑞利分布的随机变量
samples = np.random.rayleigh(scale=sigma, size=num_samples)
# 绘制直方图
plt.hist(samples, bins=50, density=True, alpha=0.5, label='Rayleigh Distribution')
# 添加理论曲线
xmin, xmax = plt.xlim()
x = np.linspace(xmin, xmax, 100)
p = (1/np.sqrt(2 * np.pi * sigma**2)) * x * np.exp(-x**2 / (2 * sigma**2)) plt.plot(x, p, 'r--', label='Theoretical Distribution')
plt.legend()
plt.show()

correlation is determined according to convergences of means and standard deviations of output parameters. At each iteration, convergences of means and standard deviations are checked against accuracy provided by the user. The iteration stops when accuracy is met, or number of samples exceeds the maximum value set by the user, whichever comes first.

Determination Matrix and Plot
• The quadratic coefficient of determination (also
called R-square) tells you what proportion of the variation between the data points is explained or accounted for by the best fit curve (quadratic) fitted to the points. It indicates how close the points are to the curve.
1) Pearson’s linear correlation • Uses actual data for correlation evaluation • Detects a linear relationship between two variables 2) Spearman’s rank correlation • Uses ranks of data • Detects a monotonic relationship between two variables • Less restrictive than a linear relationship • Deemed to be more accurate, and therefore is recommended
• Useful when there are many input parameters (more than 15).
