明确目标后，我于九月正式开始了自己的申请流程，而我的申请团队也正式确定为:咨询池洋洋老师，申请老师陈锦超老师和文书XX 老师。
三位老师分工明确，都在我的申请过程中起到重要作用。
咨询池老师负责解答我在选校定位方面的各种疑惑，每当我遇到纠结的时候池老师都能够给予我建议;申请陈老师负责我申请过程中方方面面的事务，可以说是我这一年沟通次数最多的老师。
从最开始的申请邮箱到网申过程中的方方面面，甚至到录取后和学校每一次的沟通，都有我和陈锦超老师的共同参与，所以在这里也是真心感谢老师能够耐心解答我的每一次提问和每一项要求，如果没有陈老师的配合，很难想象我将如何面对如此复杂的申请程序;文书XX 老师对于我的帮助也是非常大，在整个CV，PS和各种essay的写作过程中，陈老师总能够认真听取我的每一项建议，并根据我的想法去写作，同时老师给予我的一些建议对于我的思路也是很大的补充，另外，老师总是能够在最快时间回复我的修改意见，这在我申请最艰难的时候真的非常的重要，所以也真的很感谢陈老师的认真负责。
总体来看，我的申请团队是一个高效且经验丰富的团队，在我的申请过程中，我与我团队的配合最终让我如愿收到了众多的offer，圆了自己的留学梦。

1. 从源头了解(美国大学研究生面试的目的)
(1) 从申请材料无法决定录取哪一位申请者
很多院校邀请申请者进行面试是因为招生官单单从申请者所提交的申请材
料中，也就是学生的GRE、GMAT、TOFEL、GPA、活动经历、科研经历等方面直
接判断出哪一名申请者更加优秀，更加适合这所学校，更有可能接受学校的offer。
在这样的情况下，校方就会邀请申请者进行面试，从而获得更多的信息，在多名申请材料相近的申请者中做到择优录取、差额录取。
(2) 近距离了解申请者
这也是面试这一考查形式所存在的最基本的意义。
美国院校与中国院校在
对待学生的素质要求方面是有着差别的。
就像我们所一直强调的那样，申请美
国研究生要硬实力(标准化考试成绩)与软实力(实践经历、工作经历或科研能力)兼备，而不是像申请国内研究生那样拥有足够高的标准化考试成绩就一定会被
录取。
也正是因为这样的一个理念，招生官往往需要更加近距离地接触申请者
才能够考察申请者多方面的综合能力。
(3) 考察申请者的专业知识与英语水平
对于专业知识水平的要求是研究生申请与本科申请的一个非常明显的区别。
因为研究生阶段，无论是硕士还是博士都是需要具备一定的专业基础才能够进
行接下来的专业的培养与科研能力的培养的。
所以很有可能在招生官中存在你
未来的导师进行对你的专业素养或科研能力的考察。
对于英语水平的考察，在面试的过程中主要是针对于申请者的口语能力与
交流能力，毕竟录取后的两年甚至更多时间都是要在美国学习生活的，这段
时间内，如果交流上存在问题，不仅专业学习、科研能力培养无法很好地进行，有可能连基本的社交生活都存在着问题。
(4) 申请者是否倾向于接受学校的offer
如果申请者包括基础材料的审核等一切的考查都通过了，offer也发给了
申请者，但是到最后申请者却没有接受offer来到这个学校入学，那么无论是
精力上还是财力上或者是资源上对于校方而言都是存在一定的浪费的情况的。
从这个角度来讲，在面试的过程中对于申请者是否倾向于接受学校的offer的
态度的考察也是有着一定的几率避免或减少申请者不接受offer的情况的。
2. 怎样面试呢?(面试的类型)
(1) 网络面试
这里的网络面试主要包括电话面试与Skype面试两种。
这两种面试的含金
量其实相差不大，但是需要注意的是，在这一过程中可能会存在两种情况，一
种是一个招生官全程对你进行面试，另一种情况就是有多个招生官同时对你进
行面试。
在第一种情况下，你的招生官存在着很大的可能性就是你未来的导师，在这种情况下很有可能会较多地考察你的专业素养与科研能力。
如果是第二种
情况就需要注意一下向你提问的招生官很可能事前是没有沟通的，所以提问会
有可能存在重复的部分，所以你要多次说明，而不要认为已经向一位招生官说
明过了那么所有的招生官就已经都知道了。
