但外部流程最大的问题是它大部分情况下不适合你的企业。
鼓励员工和管理者创造效率更高的流程，让流程管理员持续梳理并优化这些流程才是更好的做法。
做好企业流程管理的六个建议《赢在战略》开课时我的一个标准“流程”是：1. 让参课的老板拿出手机来，2. 把手机关闭。
一次课上深圳的一个老板告诉我：他不用做这个动作了，他的手机本来就是关闭状态。
我好奇地问为什么他不像别人一样让手机开着。
他说他只要开手机，就会接到客户的投诉电话，不是抱怨没有按时收到货，就是抱怨货物质量有问题，所以他不敢开手机了。
