小兴安岭简介
小兴安岭，亚洲东北部兴安岭山系西北－东南走向山脉之一。
是东北地区东北部的低山丘陵山地，是松花江以北的山地总称。
位于中国黑龙江省中北部。
西与大兴安岭对峙，又称“东兴安岭”，亦名“布伦山”。
山脉西北接大兴安岭支脉伊勒呼里山，东南到松花江畔张广才岭北端，黑龙江与松花江的分水岭。
南北长约450公里（一说500公里），东西宽约210公里，面积77725平方公里。
小兴安岭北部多台地、宽谷；中部低山丘陵，山势和缓；南部属低山，山势较陡。
最高峰为平顶山，海拔1429米。
小兴安岭地区，是中国重点用材林基地。
林区面积1206万公顷，其中森林面积500多万公顷，林木蓄积量约4.5亿立方米，红松蓄积量4300多万立方米，占全国红松总蓄积量的一半以上，素有“红松故乡”之美称。
中华人民共和国建立后，对小兴安岭进行了全面开发，先后建立了24个林业局，并在小兴安岭腹地建立了世界上占地面积最大的林业城市－伊春市。
在五营一带建立了以保护红松为主要目的的国家级“丰林自然保护区”，为国家建设提供了大量木材。
区内矿产资源也比较丰富，比较著名的有山脉东部的鹤岗煤田。

因此，必须树立起终身学习的观念，不断的更新知识、总结经验，取他人之长来补己之短，才能使自己更加有竞争力和教育教学的能力，才能以己为范，引导学生保持对知识的惊异与敏锐。
3. 爱岗敬业，教书育人为师者，一言一行都会对学生产生深远的影响，特别是师范类学生，自己的形象会对他们日后的教学方式、工作态度产生潜移默化的影响，进而影响到他们的学生。
所以，作为师范要时刻谨记我们面对不是眼前的这一名学生，而是他们背后的几代人。
所以对于自己的爱岗敬业提出了更高的要求，应该以近乎完美的苛刻标准来要求自己，评判自己的工作，塑造自己形象，要做一个甘于物质清贫而精神富足的人。
