CONSTITUTION:A cooling part 1 and a cooled body installing part 3 are connected by a pipe 5 and 20, and a cooling water tank 25 is provided on a side path 24 of the pipe 20. When cooling an engine 7 from a warm state, first of all, a pipe 19 is made to communicate to a pipe 22 by starting a pump 2 and also operating a valve 21. As a result, an engine cooling water of a high temperature is supplied to a cooling pipe 23 in the cooling water tank 25, cooled by a city water flowing in from a pipe 26, and thereafter, supplied to a cooling tank 4 of the cooling part 1. Subsequently, when the cooling water drops, it is supplied directly to the cooling tank 4 by switching the valve 21, and cooling by a liquefied gas is started by opening a flow rate control valve 9.
