各外贸代理单位:
我校现有如下设备需要做外贸代理,现特邀请贵单位参加该设备外贸代理的竞标,欢迎前来投标。

一、需代理的设备名称
二、报价单位资质要求
1、企业法人营业执照。

2、税务登记证。

3、行业的其他相关资质文件。

三、竞争报价
1、各外贸代理单位结合自己的生产经营情况和市场行情,以及自身发展的策略,自主报价,作为竞标的依据。

报价书一式三份,正本一份,副本二份。

2、各外贸代理单位所报价格为代理费包干价(包含外贸代理中的所有费用),且报人民币价格。

四、竞争报价时间和地点
竞争报价单位必须于2008年12月1日11:00时准时将密封比价文件交到我校国资处物资采购管理科(包含相关资质材料、报价书等),逾期送达将不予接收。

五、评标与定标
我校根据本次招标货物特点组建评标小组,对具备实质性响应的投标单位的产品质量、价格、企业综合实力、业绩、售后服务等条件进行评审和比较。

择优选择中标单位。

六、合同签订
选中外贸代理单位应在接到通知后五日内依据国家有关经济合同的法律、法规与我校签订供货合同,否则视为弃标。

七、付款方式
内贸合同为100%LC。
