件（ 开合螺 母 与 丝 杠 等 ） 是 实 现 液 压 与 机 械 手 动
切换 的 关 键 元 件 。在 自动 调 节 和 液 压 手 动 调 节
时， 液压 系统除 所 有相 关 的 液压 阀切入 液 动 状 态
外， 手 动机 构 的 离 合 器 手柄 也 要 切 至 “ 液动” 位，
目的是使 开合 螺母 与丝 杠脱 开 ， 这 时 才 可通 过 液
手 动操作 。可见 如果离 合器没 有完 全切换 到相 应
的位 置 而强行 执 行液 压 操作 或 机 械手 摇 操作 ， 会
造成 开合螺 母 组 件 的损 坏 ， 给装 置 运行 带 来 不 安
全 隐患 。从 某厂 生产 的执行机 构在炼 油装 置使用
的情 况看 ， 往 往 出现 “ 液 动／ 手动” 切 换 手 柄 切 不

当金属目标接近这一磁场，并达到感应距离时，在金属目标内产生涡流，从而导致振荡衰减，以至停振。
振荡器振荡及停振的变化被后级放大电路处理并转换成开关信号，触发驱动控制器件，从而达到非接触式之检测目的。
LDA355工作只需外部并联的电感线圈L和谐振电容C，即可产生振荡，并产生交变磁场。
其他外围元件如图2所示，两个电阻RDI和RHY，分别用于设置感应距离和回差。
