《实用综合教程》教学大纲本大纲依据教育部颁发的《高职高专教育英语教学基本要求(试行)》结合我国高职高专公共英语教学实际编写。
大纲的各项规定可作为《实用综合教程》课程安排、理论与技能教学、实训教学、补充或辅助教材编写、教学质量检查的参考依据。
第一部分课程地位和性质《实用综合教程》是新标准高职高专公共英语系列教材核心教材之一,是依据高职高专非英语专业的培养目标和教学要求,在充分调研的基础上,根据高职高专非英语专业学生的实际需要研发的一套英语教材。
本课程是为三年制专科学前、人文专业学生开设的专业课,是三年专业学习中的必修课。
本课程坚持培养实用性人才和坚持“以应用为目的,实用为主,够用为度”的大方向,进一步更新观念、更新内容、更新体系、更新要求。
本课程坚持传统与现代教学理念相结合,既强调语言基础知识的掌握,有突出语言运用能力的培养;以学生为本,主题贴近学生生活,内容知识性、趣味性强,具有广泛的应用性和实用价值;练习丰富多样,有针对性,能有效培养学生的语言运用能力,同时对通过高等学校英语应用能力考试具有较强的适应性;语言浅显而规范,新颖而地道。
第二部分课程的教学目标根据普通高等专科教育的培养目标和对毕业生的基本要求,培养学生掌握必需的,实用的英语语言知识和语言技能,具有一定的听、说、读、写、译的能力,从而能借助词典阅读和翻译有关英语业务资料,在涉外交际的日常活动和业务活动中进行简单的口头和书面交流并为进一步提高英语的应用能力打下基础。
