定义 听力残疾，由于各种原因导致 双耳听力丧失或听觉障碍，听 不到或听不真周围环境的声音， 从而难同一般人进行正常的语
言交往活动。

听力残疾一级
听觉系统的结构和功能方面极重度损伤，较好耳平均听力损失≥91dBHL，在无助听设备帮助下，不能依靠听觉进 行言语交流，在理解和交流等活动上极度受限，在参与社会生活方面存在极严重障碍。

（五）关于盲童 盲相：盲态，早期干预不当造成的外部形态，如持续摇 头、揉眼、找光源、手指放在眼前晃、绕圈子转、不敢 独立行走、行动迟缓、动作笨拙、畸形步态等。 残余视力：指视觉功能未受到损伤的部分。 视力和视野：视力分为中心视力和周边视力，周边视力 又称视野。
