Unit one Breaking the record引言在英语教学中落实新课程标准,就是贯彻执行国家教育部关于课程改革的决定。

新课程标准的三维教学观,具体到英语学科就是要整合发展学生语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识五个方面的素养,培养学生综合运用语言的能力探究学习、合作学习、任务型学习是在新课程标准下实施素质教育的关键环节,所以在我的教学设计里,时时体现着这几种原则。

教学设计理念1、运用任务型语言教学模式,训练培养学生对语言的综合运用,实现目标,感受成功,教学进度整体把握,教学形式不拘一格。

2、课堂以学生为主体,以任务为主线,重视体验参与,教师起到“设计者、研究者、促进者、协调者”的作用。

3、在教学中,突出交际性,注重读写的实用性,要进行情感和策略调整,以形成积极的学习态度,促进语言实际运用能力的提高。

4、课后访谈调查,读写摘记,重视语言运用。

5、正视个体差异,倡导过程激励,以多层次、多角度、多主体的结果与过程并重的评价方式激励进步。

一、学情分析一方面,高中年龄段的学生对周围的事物较为敏感,有自己的观点和看法,他们不满足于教科书上的知识,想获得更多的信息。

在英语学习上,他们不只是想把英语作为一门死记硬背的课程来学,更希望能学到知识性和趣味性兼有的内容,从英语学习中获得更多的知识和能力。

另一方面学生对体育比较感兴趣,对吉尼斯纪录有一定的了解因此,应结合学生的实际情况,因材施教,激发学生兴趣,让学生主动学习,学有所获。

二、教学内容分析(一)知识背景及新课程、新教材本单元以世界纪录为中心话题,只要内容涉及以阿里西塔福尔曼为代表的几个世界吉尼斯纪录的保持者及其运动经历,重点讨论了创造吉尼斯纪录所必备的身体素质心理素质创新意思以及挑战自我的决心和毅力语言和技能都是围绕这一中心展开的。

本课是是本单元第二课——“阅读课”,于是本单元的重点。

文章的主题是“路永在前方”其内容介绍了世界吉尼斯的保持者阿西里塔福尔曼,他不是职业运动员,但其运动成就让许多运动员望尘莫及,本课通过阿里西塔福尔曼的成长经历以及获得这些成就的精神动力激励学生认识自我的潜力找到精神动力的源泉,实现梦想。

第(1)课时课题:书法---写字基本知识课型:新授课教学目标:1、初步掌握书写的姿势,了解钢笔书写的特点。

2、了解我国书法发展的历史。

3、掌握基本笔画的书写特点。

重点:基本笔画的书写。

难点:运笔的技法。

教学过程:一、了解书法的发展史及字体的分类:1、介绍我国书法的发展的历史。

2、介绍基本书体:颜、柳、赵、欧体,分类出示范本,边欣赏边讲解。

二、讲解书写的基本知识和要求:1、书写姿势:做到“三个一”:一拳、一尺、一寸(师及时指正)2、了解钢笔的性能:笔头富有弹性;选择出水顺畅的钢笔;及时地清洗钢笔;选择易溶解的钢笔墨水,一般要固定使用,不能参合使用。

换用墨水时,要清洗干净;不能将钢笔摔到地上,以免笔头折断。

三、基本笔画书写1、基本笔画包括:横、撇、竖、捺、点等。

2、教师边书写边讲解。

3、学生练习,教师指导。

(姿势正确)4、运笔的技法:起笔按,后稍提笔,在运笔的过程中要求做到平稳、流畅,末尾处回锋收笔或轻轻提笔,一个笔画的书写要求一气呵成。

在运笔中靠指力的轻重达到笔画粗细变化的效果,以求字的美观、大气。

5、学生练习,教师指导。

(发现问题及时指正)四、作业:完成一张基本笔画的练习。

板书设计:写字基本知识、一拳、一尺、一寸我的思考:通过导入让学生了解我国悠久的历史文化,激发学生学习兴趣。

这是书写的起步,让学生了解书写工具及保养的基本常识。

基本笔画书写是整个字书写的基础,必须认真书写。

课后反思:学生书写的姿势还有待进一步提高,要加强训练,基本笔画也要加强训练。

2、使学生理解“杏花春雨江南”的意思,并用钢笔写出符合要求的的字。

旨在通过单元教学,使学生能够根据一些已知事实内容,结合贴切的表达来反映人们挑战自我、持之以恒、坚定信心并最终达成目标的精神,并就此发表自己的观点和看法,能根据谈论过的话题写出条理清晰的短文。

1.1 Warming up 通过讨论4幅为人们所熟知的体育赛事图片,引发学生对于学习本单元的兴趣和主观能动性,对于课本中将要涉及到的内容先产生浓厚的求知欲;教师可借此给学生进一步介绍有关吉尼斯世界记录的背景知识,同时布置自主学习的任务,即让学生自己通过网络及书籍查找申请该记录的程序和方法,鼓励多手段,多方法的自主性学习方式。

1.2 Pre-reading这一部分是Reading的铺垫。

结合图片与文字来介绍在欧美,乃至全世界都非常流行的特殊体育运动项目,如弹簧单高跷、翻筋斗、跳爆竹、呼拉圈等。

通过这种方式我们即培养了学生快速理解介绍性文字的能力,又学习了如何用简单易懂的文字来做描述,同时也为阅读文章作好了背景知识的准备。

1.3 Reading讲述的是著名的吉尼斯世界记录保持者,美国人阿西里塔·福尔曼的故事。

在这一部分当中,学生除了学习新的词汇、短语及句型结构外,主要接受阅读技巧的训练,即通过扫读及精读结合的方式训练“找、记细节”的能力;以及对文章中主人公取得成绩背后的精神支持的深层理解。

另外,学生们通过对文章模拟性复述和典型段落的背诵,来输入丰富的表达方式,为写作中如何介绍人物或事件打下基础。

1.4 Comprehending (即Post-reading)主要通过设置阅读理解性题目来辅助学生理解课文,达到训练目标。

单元整体教学分析 本单元的中心话题是“破记录”,所谈论的内容涉及多项打破吉尼斯世界纪录的故事。旨在通过单元 教学,使学生能够根据一些已知事实内容,结合贴切的表达来反映人们挑战自我、持之以恒、坚定信心 并最终达成目标的精神,并就此发表自己的观点和看法,能根据谈论过的话题写出条理清晰的短文。 Warming up 通过讨论 4 幅为人们所熟知的体育赛事图片,引发学生对于学习本单元的兴趣和主观能 动性,对于课本中将要涉及到的内容先产生浓厚的求知欲;教师可借此给学生进一步介绍有关吉尼斯世 界记录的背景知识,同时布置自主学习的任务,即让学生自己通过网络及书籍查找申请该记录的程序和 方法,鼓励多手段,多方法的自主性学习方式。 Pre-reading 这一部分是 Reading 的铺垫。结合图片与文字来介绍在欧美,乃至全世界都非常流行的特 殊体育运动项目,如弹簧单高跷、翻筋斗、跳爆竹、呼拉圈等。通过这种方式我们即培养了学生快速理 解介绍性文字的能力,又学习了如何用简单易懂的文字来做描述,同时也为阅读文章作好了背景知识的 准备。 Reading 讲述的是著名的吉尼斯世界记录保持者,美国人阿西里塔· 福尔曼的故事。在这一部分当中, 学生除了学习新的词汇、短语及句型结构外,主要接受阅读技巧的训练,即通过扫读及精读结合的方式 训练“找、记细节”的能力;以及对文章中主人公取得成绩背后的精神支持的深层理解。另外,学生们通 过对文章模拟性复述和典型段落的背诵,来输入丰富的表达方式,为写作中如何介绍人物或事件打下基 础。 Learning about language 中的语法板块中我们主要从基础的角度给学生复习“主语”的用法, 即有哪些成 分可在句中充当主语,从而为更深层的语法结构复习,如主语从句、形式主语、强调句型、倒装结构、 非谓语动词等作巩固。 Using language 包含两个部分:Listening 和 Speaking。 听力的内容仍然是围绕打破吉尼斯世界记录的 话题,两名高中生谈论他们学校申请吉尼斯世界记录的事情。口语部分就如何表达 “惊讶”给学生们提供 了锻炼的平台,通过对于功能句的掌握及语音语调的变化来传达准确的意思。同时将这种表达能力在模 拟真实的情景中发挥出来。 Reading and writing 是两个密切相关的板块,通过这两方面的内容,学生将完成读与写——输入与输 出的训练过程。读的内容是有关体育赛事中的辉煌人物及吉尼斯世界记录保持者的焦点介绍,而写的内 容是阅读的延伸,那就是让学生根据已提供的信息介绍,结合阅读内容将打破吉尼斯记录的事迹写成更 充实完整的一篇报道。 一、教材处理建议: 1. 关于 warming up 在 warming up 中加入宁泽涛破亚洲记录的图片或视频。 2. 关于阅读 在 pre-reading 中加入 Ashrita 的一段受访录像。reading 第一篇练习细节理解,同时涉及主旨大意、对作 者写作意图的把握,做精读处理;第二篇主要理解细节内容;第三篇做泛读,练习信息匹配能力。 3. 关于听力 取第二个听力(p51),其余两个略去。 4. 关于写作 大练习中配合相关话题的单句翻译。 5. 课时分配 Period 1 Warming up & reading Period 2 Language Learning Period 3 Learning about Language & Listening / Speaking
