（一）办理时间
申根国家签证办理时间基本上需要5个工作日。挪威（代办瑞典）对外办时间周一和周三（上午9:30-11:30）、丹麦（代办冰岛）对外时间周二和周四等北欧领馆因为人手少，一般需要 6-7个工作日。需要注意的是，法国领馆需会向邀请方核实信息，需要时间会延长，必须预足5－7个工作日。
• 自2014年1月20日起，俄罗斯联邦申办签证实行电子签证申请表。电子签证申请表须用俄语或英语填写，登录俄罗斯外交部领事司的网站——。
• 另外，俄罗斯签证按紧急程度分为三类：普通（第5个工作日中午后可取）、加急（第3个工作日中午后可取）、特急（当天下午或第二天中午可取），同时领馆会收取相应的加急费用。

∙ 3. 如果valable pour 后面不仅标注《ETATS SCHENGEN》，还包含一个括号，里面显示有减号符和某些国家名称缩写，说明此签证虽然是申根签证，但您不能持该签证前往括号里提到的申根国家。

例如：ETATS SCHENGEN（-D,S），表示持有该签证可以去德国和瑞典以外的所有申根国。

∙ 4. 如果valable pour 后面标注《FRANCE +1 TRANSIT SCHENGEN》，您可以持该签证在任何一个申根国过境一次到达法国。

∙ 5. 如果valable pour后面标注《FRANCE》, 您只能持该签证前往法国。

∙ 6. 如果valable pour后面标注《France sauf CTOM》，您可以持该签证前往法国以及法国的海外省（DROM）。

∙7. 如果valable pour后面标注标注《DEPARTEMENT D’OUTRE MER （FRANCE）》, 您只能持该签证前往一个或多个在“Remarque”项标注的海外省。

欧洲签证所需材料

欧洲签证所需材料必须提供的材料1.护照：有效期在6个月以上的因私护照原件本人签名2.照片：白底彩色近照4张，背面写好姓名3.身份证：本人身份证复印件2份4.户口本：整本复印件2份（不可缺页）5.财产：银行存款证明原件（金额在人民币五万元以上，有效期要在团队回来以后）；如提供配偶财产，而双方又不在一个户口本上，须提供结婚证复印件6.个人资料表：（见附件），要求：提供材料真实,填写字迹清晰、务必逐项填写并签字确认）务必请客人亲自在护照、个人资料表上签名7.担保金：一各人资料而定在职人员除以上材料外还须提供：1、空白单位抬头纸，至少提供4张以上,要盖有公章。

2、营业执照：单位营业执照副本复印件；事业单位请提供代码证复印件一份。

学生除以上材料外还须提供：在学校准假证明，要求：✧学校出具的,在抬头纸上的证明信,证明学生的身份(系及年级),并应特别注明学生赴意大利的具体旅行时间,此信应由系领导或校长签字(信上注明签字人的职位)，在证明信最后写清学校地址及联系电话。

✧学生为成年人（18岁以上）申请签证时请注意提供：A父母双方的工作单位证明信,用单位信纸,注明他们的工作职位及薪水；B户口本。

如父母与子女不在同一个户口本上,需要做亲属关系的公证及认证。

✧学生为未成年人，应在学生的委托授权书上注明授权的时间。

（从..月..日到..月..日去欧洲旅游）18岁以下未成年出国人员还需要提供亲属公证书，要求如下：1、父母双方陪同前往，需要提供三方亲属公证及认证2、独前往，需要提供三方亲属关系公证及认证、父母双方同意书公证及认证3、如父母一方携子女前往，需要提供三方亲属公证，还需提供另一方的同意书公证及认证注：所有公证书都需要通过外交部的认证。
