4.点击“应用”按钮,弹出需要重新启动电脑的对话框,点击Yes,重启电脑之后设置修改成功。
5.连接FB103到电脑。
6.双击ROCLINK800图标,打开组态软件,显示如下登陆界面:7.鼠标放在“User ID”字母上,单击左键;8.点击直接连接后,等ROCLINK800软件右下角的红色“OFF-LINE”标记变为绿色“ON-LINE”后,连接成功。
2.Floboss103组态2.1 时钟设置ROC > Clock ,时钟,修改FB103的时钟,用鼠标点选日历图片上年月日,右下角的时钟通过点选上下箭头修改。
Daylight Saving Time 是指夏令时,因为我国不执行夏令时,所以选择默认Disable.点击此图标,建立电脑和FB103的连接2.2. 流量计算机信息ROC> Information,General选项中,显示了站名(可编辑),设备类型(自识别)。

The thermocouple type and temperature range, specified in °C or °F, are user-selectable. The temperature range can be as wide as the entire span of the thermocouple type, or as narrow as 150 counts (such as 15.0°), limited only by considerations of electrical noise and digital filtering time constants.All ranges for all thermocouple types are digitally calibrated at the factory, with calibration factors stored in EEPROM on the signal conditioner board. This allows temperatures sensors and signal conditioner boards to be changed in the field without re-calibrating the meter. A cold junction compensation (CJC) unit is calibrated as a system with the signal conditioner board. That unit encloses the thermocouple junctions and the junction tem-perature sensor in the same isothermal space so as to minimizecold junction compensation errors.Fast read rate at up to 50 or 60 conversions per second while integrating the signal over a full power line cycle is provided by Concurrent Slope (Pat 5,262,780) analog-to-digital conversion.High read rate is ideal for peak or valley capture and for real-time computer interface and control.Discovery and configuration of Laureate Ethernet Nodes is easily achieved with Laurel's Node Manager Software, and the discovered transmitters can then be programmed using Laurel's Instrument Setup Software. Both softwares run on a PC under MS Windows and can be downloaded at no charge. Standard features of Laureate LTE transmitters include:• Ethernet I/O, isolated. Supported protocols are ModbusRTU and ASCII (tunneled via Modbus TCP) and Laurel ASCII. The latter is simpler than the Modbus protocol and is recom-mended when all devices are Laureates. Note that RS232 or RS485 data I/O in lieu of Ethernet is provided by our LT Series transmitters.• 4-20 mA, 0-20 mA or 0-10V analog transmitter output,isolated, jumper-selectable and user scalable. ULTRAMAT 23分析仪表操作规程一、ULTRAMAT 23分析仪表启动准备1、检查气体取样装置、气体冷却器、液凝罐、过滤器,气路连接取样管路无泄露完好。
2、检查排气、排水系统,蠕动泵及泵管完好。
3、检查监测系统电源正常,接地系统完好。
4、检查温度控制器正常,交流接触器完好。
二、ULTRAMAT 23分析仪表启动1、依次启动采样探头、拌热管加热和冷凝器制冷,使之达到预定温度。
采样探头温度设定130℃,伴热管温度设定130℃,冷凝器2-6℃2、开启压缩空气源,调节各环节压力达到0.4-0.5MPa。
3、使PLC系统上电,检查PLC系统工作正常。
4、接通ULTRAMAT 23分析仪表电源,仪表开始预热。
5、检查ULTRAMAT 23分析仪表自动标定循环正常。
6、采用高纯氮标气对ULTRAMAT 23分析仪表进行O2零点标定及空气满量程标定,检查标定是否成功。
7、采用满量程70%-100%标气对ULTRAMAT 23分析仪表进行NO 标定,检查标定是否成功8、启动DAS数采电脑程序,检查采集值与ULTRAMAT 23分析仪表测量值一致,报表功能打印正常。
9、检查无线数据传输系统—数据采集传输SWC—2000P正常。
10、检查PLC传输、DCS系统数据显示正常,隔离器有无报警是否正常。
11、检查至RTU数据显示各参数是否正常。
三、ULTRAMAT 23分析仪表停机操作1、将ULTRAMAT 23分析仪表切换到吹扫状态,吹扫5-10分钟。
2、依次关闭气体分析仪、冷凝器和压缩空气。
3、断开取样管线加热电源,取样探头加热器电源。
四、ULTRAMAT 23分析仪表校准规程1、对O2零点进行标定从仪器上LED进入主菜单中,进入“CALIBRATION”子菜单输入保护密码,按“ENTER”设为仪器标定(按“ENTER”键进入,移动光标至“CALIBRATION”按“ENTER”进入“CALIBR O2 SENSOR”,按“ENTER”进入“O2 CAL AFTER INSTSLL”按“ ENTER”进入,此时:打开标气旁路阀,通入标准气体流量控制在(1.0~1.2L/min),通入的高纯氮气待氧零点直至显示值与标气值稳定按“ENTER”保存,再按“ESC”键退至“CALIBR O2 SENSOR”再按“ESC”键退出,关上标气阀门,切换原气路进行测量。

美国霍尼韦尔Honeywell智能变送器手操器操作说明一.手操器说明霍尼韦尔公司的MC Toolkit是一种便携式的通信组件,它可以便捷可靠地与各种智能变送器(如温度变送器、压力变送器以及其它变送器)进行通信。
包括两种应用软件:MC Toolkit应用软件和SDC 625应用软件。
MC Toolkit应用软件可以用于配置、监视和校验霍尼维尔公司的DE和HART变送器。
SDC 625应用软件则通过HART设备描述(DD)技术来配置、监视和校验所有HART设备-霍尼维尔公司或其它厂商制造的设备。
MC Toolkit可以与下列设备进行通信:•任何带有霍尼韦尔公司专用数字通信协议或具有DE(数字增强型)通信协议的霍尼变送器•任何带有HART通信协议的霍尼韦尔变送器。

RTU远动运行维护规程(GD-200)1、范围a 本规程介绍了RTU装置的一般技术要求、原理、结构;规定了运行与维护要求。
b本规程适用于远动专业人员、电气运行人员。
2、装置简介RTU的概念:RTU是REMOTE TEMINAL UNIT 的简称,既远方数据终端,用于监视、控制与数据采集的应用。
具有遥测、遥信、遥调、遥控功能。
D200RTU是美国最新一代的RTU产品,它采用新的分布式的处理概念,各I/O模板都自带8位微处理器,和RTU主体可进行远程通信,D200RTU本身可构成独立的分布式SCADA系统或分站控制器。
D200RTU功能齐全,可广泛用于电力、输油、输气,城市公用事业等监控系统中,由于用高速、低噪音、高可靠性的CMOS逻辑器件、可编程逻辑阵列的技术,使其具有更高的灵活性,并减少了逻辑线路,D200RTU主要功能为:状态输入;脉冲累积输入;事件顺序记录(SOE);模拟量输入/输出;开关控制输出;和可编程控制(PLC),可以完成诸如自动发电控制(AGC),变压器分接头调整,泵站阀门调节等特殊应用功能。

Shortcut operation for how to do a calibration of Analog input
(1) Please connect the antenna, wire cable, serial port cable, power cable first, then power on the RTU.
(2) Input calibration of GND 0V
Please enter into the RTU’s local config website (http://192.168.1.2) in IE browser. Then follow up the below steps:
1.Click “RTU--AD” option on the left bar of the page.
2.And then drag the scroll bar on the right of the page to find the “AD check” option.
3.Click “ start” button;
4.After a notification with “please into GND for ad check” displayed on the pag, please plug in a special terminal that A1-A8 should be connect with AG pin by iron wire.
5. Then there will be another notification with ”please input 10v for ad check” displayed on the right page. Once you get this info, the input calibration of GND 0V have been finished. Otherwise, there maybe something wrong on the RTU’s hardware.

(3) Input calibration of GND 10V
Connect a digital power with RTU by a special terminal port wire, adjust the output voltage to 10V. Once there is a notification with “ad check success” displayed on the right page, the input calibration of GND 10V has been finished. See the picture as below:
Note:
The negative of digital power should be connect with AG pin, the positive one should be connect with
A1-A8. (A1-A8 should be Series connection!)。
