3.2在自然环境下对其性能的预测值,与单独作为数据的盐雾试验结果很少有关联。

3.2.1建立在这种规程试验环境下,其腐蚀性能的关联值和外延值并不总是可预测的。

3.2.2只有在证实进行了适宜的长期自然环境的暴露以后,才应当考虑关联值和外延值。

3.3盐雾试验结果的可重复性,在很大程度上依赖于试验的样品和所选择的标准,也依赖于对操作变量的控制。

在一些测试程序中,应当考虑到大量的数据采集次数,以建立试验结果的可变性。

即使试验条件相似,测试的浓度范围一样,在不同的盐雾实验室内,相似的样本其试验结果也不一样。

4、装置4.1盐雾试验所要求的装置,包括一个盐雾室,盐溶液储罐、适当的压缩空气供应装置、一个或多个喷嘴、样品支撑架、盐雾室加热装置和其他必要的控制部件。

装置的尺寸和详细的结构是可选择的,只要能提供本规程所要求的环境即可。

4.2盐雾室内顶部或盖板上聚集的液滴不允许滴落在暴露的样本上。

浊度基础知识

作为浊度的基本标准溶液必须具备光学性质上的同一性、重现性和稳定性,即按照浊度标准液的配制方法,用原材料配制成浊度标准液后,浊度标准液的悬浮颗粒的折光率,颗粒大小及其级配不因人、因时、因地而变化;经放置后颗粒大小、级配也不会发生变化,符合这一要求的浊度标准液难于获得。

现仅就目前使用的两种浊度标准及计量单位说明如下。

1.高岭土或硅藻土浊度标准硅藻土或高岭土浊度标准液以含1 mg/L硅藻土或高岭土悬浮液所呈现的浊度为1度。

国内外采用硅藻土或高岭土配制浊度标准溶液的方法并不一致,现列表如下:浊度标准溶液配制方法对照表我国国家标准GB5750~85及日本工业标准JIS以重量法测得悬浮物以mg/L计的浓度后,稀释配制成系列标准,贮于无色玻管中,用作为与水样比较进行目视比浊测定,计量单位以度表示。

GB575O~8 5规定了目视比浊测定浊度可至1度。

日本《上水试验法》规定用目视比浊法测10度以上的水。

美国《水和废水标准检验法》(15版,16版)在配好高岭土悬浊液后,用一种烛光浊度计确定标准溶液的浊度值,即将标准溶液充入一只杰克逊试管中,放入浊度计,在规定条件下,取火焰图象刚刚消失时的悬浊液高度,查悬浊液高度与浊度关系对照表,即可得标准液的浊度值,用此浊度标准液稀释成系列浊度标准液,装入瓶中,用以与水样作目测定浊度、计量单位用杰克逊浊度单位JTU,此浊度标以测定浊度大于25JTU的水样。

硅藻土、高岭土是天然矿物,不同产地,不同商品批号其质量不可能一致;根据制作标准浊度液的步骤,在粒径.级配上也不可能一致,故以上表所列浊度标准液只能用于浊度较高,精度要求不高的浊度测定,一般都用于目视比浊法。

目前日本仍保留用高岭土浊度液校准光电浊度仪(包括透射光和散射光浊度仪)。

美国从1971年起采用福尔马肼(Formazin)标准浊度液后,杰克逊浊度标准单位JTU不再用于25JTU以下的浊度测定。

根据美国《水和废水标准检验法》(第1 8版)(1992年),已不再采用高岭土配制浊度标准液;也不再采用JTU作浊度计量单位,而是将福尔马肼作为唯一的浊度标准液,用NTU作为唯一的浊度计量单位。
