干式冷却系统dry type cooling system 升温后的循环水不是通过向大气中蒸发得到冷却，而是经由冷却管与外界空气进行间接（强制）换热，将工艺介质热量移走的冷却系统。
干冷却塔dry cooling tower 利用空气气流间接强制冷却循环水的换热装置。
分抽风式和鼓风式两种，主要用于缺水地区。
工业废液trade dffluent 指工业生产过程中排出的废水、废液，不包括生活污水和卫生废水。
工业侧污垢系数process-side fouling resistance 由于污垢或赃物沉积在工艺流体一侧的传热壁表面上而引起的传热阻力，以R d表示，单位为m2・K/W。
污垢热阻都是经验值。
无菌操作bacteria-free operation 在无细菌存在的条件下进行的操作。

无机污垢inorganic foulant 指冷却水系统除结垢和粘垢以外的无机沉积物，如灰尘、泥渣、沙粒和腐蚀产物等。
无机沉积物inorganic deposit 沉积于水系统管道和容器器壁上的无机物，包括水垢和无机污垢，如碳酸钙、膦酸钙或羟基磷灰石、硫酸钙、镁盐（氢氧化镁、硅酸镁）、硅垢（二氧化硅、硅酸钙）以及氧化铁、氧化铝、磷酸铝和磷酸铁等。

水侧污垢系数water-side fouling factor 指冷却水系统换热器水侧管壁上沉积物所产生的传热阻力系数。

产品简介
GCX 系列粉碎型格栅由干湿两用防爆电机、齿轮箱、传动机、切割刀片、立式转鼓、密封件、安装支架、溢流格栅、潜水电缆、 备用人工格栅等部件组成。电机启动后，刀片及立式转鼓同时不等速转动，污水中的固体漂浮物随着污水进入转鼓区后被旋转 的栅网截留并送到切割区，两组差速转动的刀片迅速进行轴向和径向切割，将其粉碎成 6-10mm 的小颗粒，其它大部分的污 水和足够小的颗粒直接通过转鼓区，与粉碎后的小颗粒随水泵抽水一起流走。

GCX 无鼓渠道式粉碎型格栅
应用范围
·可安装于低流量，狭窄水渠中； ·可安装于一体化预制式泵站中； ·可安装于水泵进口处； ·可安装于传统格栅除污机料口。
工作原理
1. 污水及固体垃圾通过切割区； 2. 颗粒经过切割室被切碎； 3. 污水夹带被切碎的细颗粒流向下游，不在对下游的设备造成威胁。
刀片
特种热处理合金钢材质刀片，表面特殊硬化处理， 耐腐蚀、不生锈。
轴
合金钢制成驱动轴，运转时即保证较强的扭力， 又能保持一定的曲张特性。
转鼓栅网
不锈钢 304 材质转鼓栅网。
减速机
变速箱内有多级齿轮转动形成不等速后传给主轴 达到理想的粉碎效果。
高位溢流
粉碎型格栅除污机带有固定框架，在框架上设有 溢流格栅。
一体化预制泵站
