Lesson 5: May I Have a Book? 教案设计一.教材分析本课May I Have a Book? 课文内容以对话形式开展。
课文主角丹妮要像詹妮借一本书,两支铅笔,三支蜡笔。
詹妮借给了他一本书和两支铅笔。
由于没有蜡笔,所以詹妮没有借给丹妮。
这就要求学生学会表述像别人借东西以及如何把自己的东西借给别人。
二.教学目标1).能够听,说,读,写以下词汇:may,excuse,borrow,store,later,sure,buy.2). 能够用以下句子借东西。
May I borrow / have…Here you are.I don’t have…3). 能够在生活中使用文明得体的语言和同学朋友交流。
三. 教学重点1). 掌握一些与表述借东西有关的词汇:may,excuse,borrow,store, later,sure,buy.2).掌握以下重点句子:Excuse me,May I have a book.Jenny?Here you are.May I borrow two pencils, Jenny?I can get some for you,too.四. 教学难点1).激发学生兴趣,让学生了解更过关于表述借东西的常用语。
2).理解可数名词的复数。
五.教学过程Step1. 展示学习目标。
Step2. Lead-in用一个装有各类学习用具的书包作为道具,让学生玩猜谜游戏,猜猜书包里有什么。
提问和回答中用前一刻的句型。
--- What is it? ---It is.... 同时在黑板上画出一个书包,让猜对的学生将单词写上去。
Step3. Presentation1.从包里取出了两只铅笔,区别可数名词的单数和复数,同时板书讲解。
2.完成一个名词变复数的练习。
3.向一名学生借东西,引出May I ...句型。
老师给出例句,让学生造句,练习此句型。
4.学生分组讨论,总结如何回答May I ...句型。
