● 用户界面区域
[用户]界面可以显示小组以及登录小组的用户.选择小组和小组登录的用户时,可以按 鼠标右键,使用弹出窗口菜单中的功能.

[收藏夹]的功能是登录网站的URL以及设置的应用程序后,点击便可以直接使用该网站 以及应用程序.

● 设置向导
显示通讯工具向导画面
单击[下一步]进行设置
● 指定设置路径
双击要设置的通讯工具的文件后,只要根据向导进行,就可以安装通讯工具.
会显示默认的设置路径.如果要更改路径,点击查找,可以更改路径. ※注意:设置前,请先确认磁盘的剩余空间是否充足.
● 设置过程
通讯程序的安装进度会在电脑上显示.
● 完成设置
[书写部门小纸条]: 只能向选择的部门的成员书写小纸条 ③ [窗口分离]:可与群的窗口分离,单独浏览.
● 部门职员 选择 弹出菜单.
[组织图]显示构成公司内部的组织信息及该组织中所属的用户.
[书写小纸条:将选择的部门职员作为收件人,启动书写小纸条窗口. [聊天]:将选择的部门职员作为收件人,启动聊天窗口. [邮件传送]:将选择的部门职员作为收信人,启动文件传送窗口. [个人信息]:显示选择的部门职员的个人信息. [目录排列]:可以按[职位][在线][姓名]顺序进行排列浏览. [在小组中登录] :将选择的部门职员登录到指定的小组中. [远程协助]:向选择的用户申请远程协助. [写邮件]:为了给用户写邮件,呼出默认的邮件程序.
设置完成后,点击[完成],设置过程结束.
标记[Run Messenger]后点击[完成]的话,就会运行通讯工具.
登录/退出
1. 登录
● 通讯工具 运行
双击桌面上的通讯工具图标就可以运行. CJ World Messenger
设置完Messenger后,在桌面上生成快捷方式图标,双击即可运行.或者是点击[开始] [程序] [CJ World Messenger] [CJ World Messenger] ,也可以运行.
● 部门选择 弹出菜单
[部门选择弹出菜单]可以使用与选择的部门相关的功能.特别是连下属部门都包含的 功能与只能给选择的部门职员提供的功能能够分离,能够为职员之间进行通讯联系提 供更大的方便.

根据用户权限的不同,弹出窗口可能显示不同的内容.

[个人信息]:显示用户个人信息的窗口. [浏览聊天记录]:在综合信息箱中搜索与相对用户聊天的内容. [别称设定]: 设定登录用户的别称 [浏览迷你小窝]:显示CJ集团职员的CJ World内的小窝. [书写小纸条]:将选定的用户作为收信人并启动书写小纸条窗口. [聊天]:将选定的用户作为收信人并启动聊天窗口 [迷你聊天]:生成与选定用户迷你聊天窗口. ● 添加小组
[添加小组]的功能是指根据用户输入的小组名可新建一个小组. 1

不能使用像[@#$%&(),-]的特殊文字.
● 用户目录排列
[目录排列]是指可以将在小组里注册的用户,按照指定的顺序显示出来.特别是登录的 小组及用户多的情况,适当的加以使用的话,可以更加方便的浏览想要聊天的用户.

③ [Messenger 退出] 注销Messenger ,然后完全退出程序.
● 小组选择 弹出窗口菜单
[小组选择后 弹出窗口]菜单是指以弹出窗口的方式向您显示与所选小组相关可以使 用的功能.
[小组小纸条传送]:向所选小组的用户传送小纸条. [与小组聊天]:与选择的小组用户(在线用户)聊天 [与小组迷你聊天]:与选择的小组用户(在线用户)进行迷你聊天 [添加小组]:添加新的小组 [更改姓名]:更改选择的小组名 [删除小组]:删除选择的小组.这是该小组的用户也被同时删除. [小组目录传送]:向指定的用户传送选择的小组及其用户的信息.收信用户可以直接登 录并使用该小组. [成员登录(搜索用户)]:启动用户搜索画面窗口 [打开全部小组]:所有小组转换为打开状态 [关闭所有小组]:所有小组转换为关闭状态.
③ [使用中的菜单] 现在已设定的菜单目录及顺序.
④ [指定顺序] 可以编辑显示在Messenger中菜单的顺序的功能 可以变更为从上到最上,上一层,下一层,最下层的功能.
3. 小组用户搜索
● 小组用户搜索
[小组用户搜索]是指可以通过姓名搜寻需要的已登录的用户.特别是根据分组的不同, 可以更加便利的搜索出来.
E-Mail 信息等 ⑦ [用户], [组织图], [收藏夹], [其他] 等标签功能 ⑧ [外部搜索] : 可以显示于Google , Naver ,Daum,Nate的搜索结果 ⑨ [广告条功能] : 显示管理员所登录的广告(内部用/外部用广告) ⑩ [Ticker功能] :显示Messenger上的公告事项,各公告事项在短时间周期内按顺序
● [用户搜索]
[用户搜索]功能是指根据输入的关键词,以Messenger中全体用户为对象进行搜索并 显示结果的功能.

① [用户搜索]:单击后显示Messenger中适用用户的姓名.这时,会详细的显示搜索结 果和用户的信息. ② [小组登录]: 可以将搜索的用户添加到用户登录的小组中.
● Messenger 登录
利用Messenger 登录帐户信息,输入ID和密码后,点击登录键登录.
