我以为“学高为师,身正为范。

采用问题教学法后,不同类型问题有不同解决办法,通过教师精心设计,更能突出教师“导学”功能,实现师生之间虚拟交互。

例如,在设计第一层次问题时,提示学生采用比较法、类比法、剖析法掌握概念本质含义;在设计第二、三个层次问题时,采用引导、摸索办法,协助学生学习。

总之,学法指引是问题设计一种重要环节,从知识铺垫、思路分析直至问题解决,应贯穿始终。

⑸运用资源设计问题各种媒体资源综合运用是开放教诲重要特点,当前通过各级电大努力,每门课程均有三种以上资源形式。

而学生在学习过程中,重要运用还是文字教材,其他资源运用并不普遍,学生采用各种资源配合学习习惯还没有形成。

因而,可以设计某些问题,必要要通过各种资源同步运用才干解决,这样就可促使学生去运用资源。

学一学,听一听是班主任积累经验过程,当代信息条件下网络技术为班主任发展提供了平台,我写教诲札记、教诲日记,写同孩子们相处成长故事,并粘贴在网络上进行交流,日后干脆建立了自己教诲博客,成立了自己家园。

写一写,让我品尝到了交流带来成功和高兴,班主任工作极大炼就了我反思精神。

因此说,做班主任虽然辛苦,但对我迅速成长为一名先进教师却有些不可预计作用。

5、有位数学教师,。

对待做错题学生、对待后进生等我会写下一句勉励她话,并告诉她教师在等待着她进步,我觉得在新课程理念下,教师一方面要学会尊重学生,并且要实实在在去爱护她们,关怀她们,就象魏书生先生说得那样,差生其实也挺不容易,要让她们每天安静地坐在教室里听某些完全不懂东西,的确也需要一定毅力。

因此咱们要专心去关注她们,实实在在地做某些教师可以做,也应当做事;去尊重她们,把她们作为一种鲜活生命体来对待,而不是在她们做错题时简朴地打上叉叉,或一味批评她们,如果像那个数学教师同样划上一种大大“0”,这必定不是一种明智教师行为,幸好那位教师也结识到了自己失误之处,我也为她感到高兴,更为她学生感到幸福。

6、教师要耐得住寂寞、清贫、教师要守住这片净土,你为什么选取教师这个行业?参加教师招考进行教师队伍你动机是什么?你觉得做教师伟大之处在哪里?做一名光荣人民教师始终以来是我梦想,也是我最真实抱负,虽然我从教已有十几年了,但我还没有成为真正意义上教师,因此我要报考教师这个职业,并不是由于听了“教师是太阳底下最光辉职业”这句话,而是由于我非常理解这个职业,也非常热爱这个写满奉献、布满挑战职业,由于在这里有着可爱孩子,令人敬佩同事们,她们都已成为人生路上不可磨灭一笔。

再说,要说教师清贫,我想在金钱上是不能与发横财人比较,但当前收入也不能说是清贫了吧,况且比我当前代课收入将会高上几倍,因此我倒不觉得教师有多清贫。

但不论怎么说,教师在精神上是富裕,是其他行业所不能比拟,由于咱们从事是伟大事业,是令人尊敬事业,至少咱们灵魂是幸福。

我想让这些家长理解体罚应当是教师对学生“打”和“骂”吧。

身为一名教师,我不赞成教师打骂学生,但是我觉得在教诲过程给与学生一定“惩罚”却是必要。

要想让孩子成长为一种心理健全人,咱们给她们教诲一方面就应当是健全,不但要让她们享有爱、学会爱,也应当让孩子学会接受惩罚,学会对自己行为负责。

像美国这讲究民主国家,她们法律是容许教师体罚学生,其目之一也是教诲学生学会要对自己行为负责。

惩罚不等于体罚,惩罚不是目,惩罚是为了让孩子更坚强,因此我觉得这句话是有一定道理。

8、如何爱学生?如何理解师爱无限?咱们说爱是多方面,在师爱无限理念下,做一名教师应当把自己爱最大限度地传递给学生,为什么有90%教师付出了爱,但只有10%学生感受到了教师爱,我觉得这种现象是真实,确的确实咱们在师爱传递过程中存在着误区。

我以为教师爱一方面是一种张扬爱,但不是过度宠爱,张扬爱,就该是学生感受得到爱,应当是关注细节爱,只有在详细事件中让学生感受到教师无私之爱,学生才会终身铭记;其实我觉得爱也是一种艺术,教诲需要艺术,爱更需要艺术,对学生爱更是艺术中艺术,一位成功教师既是学生学业上传授者,也是生活中协助者,更是人格上引领者,如果咱们能做到这三点,我想这样教师必定会让学生感受到她浓浓爱意,最后我想说是做一名教师咱们常说教无定法,其实爱学生也没有一定法则。

但咱们必要有一颗包容之心,虽包容却不庇护;咱们应当有一颗奉献之心,虽奉献而不单纯地予以;说究竟,咱们应当有一颗真心,做到尊重学生,关怀学生、理解学生,我想一定会让学生感到到师爱无限。
